THIS IS A INTERVIEW OF PRINCIPAL OF ENGINEERING COLLEGE KNOWN BY GOVT. ENGINEERING COLLEGE ,BHAVNAGAR. INTERVIEW IS JUST ABOUT THERE EXPERIENCE IN THIER FIELD.

EXPERIENCE :

Since 1982 till today his work is going on , In his journey of about 34 years and till today going on, Early 7 years consist of INDUSTRIAL experience and remaining years he gave to education field.

2. How do you take your work ?

He says that I take work as a challenge with positive attitude.

3. which qualities are required in one to become a successful employ.

He answered that basically three qualities for becoming successful employ

1. Positive attitude. 2. Create and maintain relation-ship with

society. 3. Considering yourself reliable for liable

for work.

4. which challenges do you have faced during your carrier ?

He answered telling that everyone face challenges during any sort of work . I’ve also faced challenges and took it as opportunities not as hurdle .

5. what is job satisfaction for you ?

He answered that I find it as internal satisfaction because your mind get satisfies when you are confident in your work and as well as happy with job then you will be always satisfied by job.

6. Do you believe in reward or opportunities?

Yes I do believe in opportunities and reward in always satisfying myself.

7. Sir sometimes you may have faced juniors how have not performed according to your expectations. How do you guide them? Yes during Industrial work span but I

think that they have not understood the work properly so I give them time to get understand properly and it really worked.

8.Sir sometimes you may have faced your seniors are not supporting you.

No I have not got that experience but for convincing them I can represent my idea among them.

9. Sir, according to you, what is your contribution to the society? How do you relate it with society? Since I am in educational institute

my 100% should be given to give education and due to this they can gain good knowledge which will ultimately help the society a lot and also progress of nation too.

11. Sir can you tell me according to you what is short term vision and long term vision? Yes short term vision means day to

day goals and fulfilling them and exactly the integral part of short term visions is long term vision’s achievement.

 

12.Sir what is yours message for future Engineers ? In Engineering there is great

need of practical knowledge so gain as much as practical knowledge.

13. Sir what makes you feels successful person?

I just satisfy myself excepting challenges and making them happens it makes me feel successful.

14. When you work do you have any concern for others?

Yes during work there is always a concern for other because when you are working in a educational institute there is economical concern and social concern for others . 

15. How do you come in the present profession by chance? Or by choice ? Or by coincident?

By chance and having choice I have excepted this job.
