ABOUT TASK design block of min 24 family houses on gab site follow strict rules of social housing (statutable areas, dimensions, furniture usage) design houses, outside public and private space

DESIGN PROCESS team of 3 interns, consultations with senior architect groundplans: handmade sketching, AutoCAD, Illustrator renderign: SketchUp, V-ray, Photoshop assembly: InDesign

OUR PROPOSAL 30 family houses of 6 different ranges each house has private entrance, half have terraces/gardens thanks to compact design of hauses has left space for public park

Extension of retirement house with kindergarden, Ostend (Be)

ABOUT TASK design two stages of extension (using part of current builing) of retirement house: 1st phase - kindergarden 2nd phase - nursery school (upgrade in few years) respect very tight budget fulfil strict rules of these operations

OUR PROPOSAL utilize current bearing structures, making plans more clear put all services into compact block, keep playrooms free and open using all built structures from 1st phase in 2nd have saved expences creating common space of cafe inbetween seniors and juniors, design outer spaceouter

Study for Bachelor project

Winery precinct surrounded by wineyard is situated on sunny slopes above river Labe close to my hometown. Besides the manufactury there is owner’s house and accomodation for visitors. The design of plant utilize the incline of site to allow special gravity procesing of grapes. Underground part warrant stable clima inside manufactory.

YANKARI RESORT

Design of commercial building

Hotel situated in virgin nature above hot stream valley in African Nigeria. Accomodated 40 visitors in three star apartmans. In groundfloor are all common facilities like restau-rant, shop, reception, pool and fitness. The desing of building respects the site conditions and supports the pleasure of enjoyment of this beautiful place.

Two phased architectional competition on manor in small baroque village in Czech republic.

General revitalisation into multifunctional complex with apartments, museum, chapel and other public service including public space redesign.

Our design had gained 3td prize.

ARCHITECTURAL COMPETION,CONVERSION OF OLD HOSPITAL INTO NEW CITY DISTRICT, 2014

Urbanistic task to find a way how to convert and reconnect the former hospital into the town.

Our 3 members team proposed partly renovating of old valuable buildings which gives the place specific genius loci in addition of new housing.

We have gained the 2nd prize.
