Job Description:

Role: Software Upgradation (SUS) Engineer.

Software Upgradation of BSC,mcBSC RNC, mcRNC & LTE Nodes. Software Upgradation of BTS,WBTS,ENODEB CD Upgradation from Older Version to New Version. Patch Implementation during Upgradation.

Role: LSMR Engineer

LTE Integration, Site Grow, DE grow, Fault Management & ATP closure . Using various tools like LSMR, Site forge, Neo north, Secure CRT for Giving Support to Field Engineer for LTE.

Role: FM-BSS-Engineer

Fault Management for AIRTEL BSS Network. Troubleshooting & fault finding for all BSC, BTS elements Remotely handling faults & assist to field team for fixing. Health checkup of BSC & RNC computer units as regular activity (BCSU,MCMU,OMU,DMCU,ICSU,NPGEP): Diagnosis of faulty units to determine the exact fault & providing remote assistance to replace the same. BSC & RNC back up on FDU & Fallback on WDU as per pre -planned schedule. Checking status for Restoration of signaling links (Ater), GB links & Circuit Groups to Enhance the Network performance. 24*7 support to field engineers regarding BSC, BTS, RNC, WBTS related issues. Remote login into Transmission units of flexi & Ultra BTS through Terminal Network management for updating Traffic

manager. Rectifying of quality degraded alarms on TRX like 7601, 7606, 7604,7745,7743,7741. Rectifying major traffic affecting (Call Drop) alarm like 2992, 2993 on Abis AND Ater interface to maintain KPI under

desired figure. Solve ZERO call cells on high priority.. Regular monitoring of Block-TRX and make them working from BSC end also with the help of RF, field engineers. Coordination with NOKIA CARE team for handling Emergency cases and raising care cases. Trouble ticket and work order (Task) generation using PT4 software. Analyzing root causes of BSC & BTS outage and prepare cell outage report . Creation and deletion of TRX whenever required. Monitoring of 3G& 4G sites & support to Field Engineers & Doing planned activities for 3G for Troubleshooting of Faults

for DMCU, ICSU & various other units. Capturing various logs Like symptoms, TN 38, Zcollect logs for RNC. Resolving License issue & HSDPA,HSPUA cases for 3G sites. Resolving Zero Data cases for 3G & LTE.
