The primary role of the Deputy Manager Client Servicing/Operation/Business Development is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The Accountabilities:

Management and planning of catalogue photo-shoot, model selection, editing and content writing to ensure timely delivery in cost effective manner for more than 200 clients and teaching production process alignment surety.

Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice

leaders/director. Plan approaches and pitches work with team to develop proposals that speaks to

the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through

differences to a positive conclusion. We use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately with the client. Developing and implementing long term relationships with new and existing

Vendors/Clients.  Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the

company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Providing guidelines and briefing photographers and studio managers to follow and

adhere the visual aspects of product display on website. Adhering and improvising guidelines to suit different types and styles of

merchandise. Managing and planning of catalogue photo-shoot, editing, stylist and Content

writing to ensure timely delivery in cost effective manner. Totally responsible for marketplace and branded products photo shoot process

inflow operations. To bring the best possible image display by styling and photography development. Managing loops holes of categories between different departments & suggest

solutions. Responsible for leading all functions within the studio(s) and meeting operational

goals, Including overseeing operational and creative teams.

Ensures quality imaging asset creation according to defined style guides while meeting operational metrics.
