ALSONS is a leading name in the Industrial sector of Pakistan operating since 1953. Our group namely Alsons is engaged in
activities geared towards manufacturing of engineering products for automobile, oil and gas and other related sectors. Alsons is geared to providing consulting, indenting, and maintenance Services to Oil and Gas and Communication industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check & ensure compliance of site work force with the approved safe system of working.
Capable to review submitted health, safety and environment matters.
Prepare job safety analysis and risk assessment.
Conducting weekly / monthly safety meeting.
Incident investigations reports and maintain its record according to site procedure.
Coordination meetings with client and sub-contractors.
Perform regular Audit and Inspections to ensure HSE Management programs are effectively implemented.
Coordination of overall safety aspects at site.
Responsible to implement BBS (Behavior Based Safety) at work place.
Implementing site HSE plan inclusive of waste management plan, Emergency response plan.
Identify, Investigate and report all safety issues.
Conduct Safety trainings and Audits.
Position Assistant Manager QA/HSE
Duration August 2016 to present
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist HSE Manager in all QA/HSE matters i.e. in preparing SOPs, KPIs, Work instructions (WIT’s) , Safety Manual,
Safety Policy and all other documentation of HSE required by clients. Will take over the HSE Department responsibilities in the absence of HSE Manager.
Conduct Safety Trainings.
Attend QA/HSE courses/seminars/Trainings run by external sources to enable accurate interpretation of legislation to enable implementation within the organization.
Maintain complete records of QA/HSE department’s documents.
To recommend control measures and advise on the standard of P.P.E. issued to workers.
Conduct health and safety inspections/audits and prepare reports.
Conduct site safety audits.
To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
To Prepare and update the training Program in all divisions.
Promote HSE culture in the Organization
To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or HSE. Guidance.
To bring new techniques for improving health, safety and welfare of the workers.
To set a personal example by wearing appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observing all.
Maintain quality assurance manual , quality policy
Implement quality assurance standards within the organization.
Ensure quality assurance standards within the the organization.
Conduct internal audits.
Conduct trainings if necessary related to Quality assurance.
Coordinate and support external audits conducted by clients.
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
