Applications are invited from Vehicle Owner who have own at least even single required type of
Vehicle for the following work : -

The detailed terms and conditions for vehicle owner registration can be obtained from the office
of undersigned free of cost during working hours on any working day from 18.02.2018 to
05.03.2018. The vehicle owner shall submit along with BC/DD of Rs.1000.00 in the office of
undersigned from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm on any working day except Sunday. The filled
application form must be submitted in the undersigned office dated 06.03.2018 up to 11.00 am,
after that no application shall be entertained.
All the pages of the terms and conditions for the vehicle registration document shall be dully
signed & stamped by the bidder as a mark of acceptance of the registration conditions.
NOTE: As soon as departmental vehicle is received, the hired vehicle will be discontinued.
