It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation in support of Sohan M. Shah. Sohan was a student in my Production Planning and Control class in the Operation and Information Management Department at the University of Wisconsin Madison, School of Business during the spring 2016 semester.

As part of the course work, SAP was utilized to demonstrate production planning and material management skill sets. Additionally, students were required to conduct lab exercises to gain experience in MRP, MPS, part master setup, and production planning. Sohan excelled at rapidly completing the lab exercises and homework assignments without assistance.

Sohan always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. His triple major is in Finance, Investment and Banking; Information Systems and Operations and Technology Management. He is definitely a leader that encourages team performance.

Sohan is also a dependable team player. He was diligent with his homework assignments, a great communicator, and has an outgoing personality. His good judgment and mature outlook ensures a logical and practical approach to his endeavors. Sohan is a driven person and it showed in seeing completed assignments each and every day in class.
