Value of “adjustment draw in a (mm)” and “adjustment draw in b (mm)” are based on VSL system, where ; a : draw in wedges at active side = 6 mm b : draw in wedges at passive side = 2 mm

Compressive Strength test
a. Test dilakukan pada sample kubus Grouting
b. Alat yang digunakan :
o Metal moulds 50 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm
o Compressive test machine

c. Prosedur :
o Pour fresh grout into the mould. The sample shall not be subject to any vibration. Immediately strike off the excess grout with steel ruler slowly in each direction. Then cover the sample with a glass plate. Give mark on mould to identify the sample.
o Sample harus direndam didalam air pada suhu ± 20 derajat celcius sampai saat akan dilakukan test.
o Compressive strength test dilakukan minimal pada 2 benda uji untuk satu Grouting mixing.
• Reporting : Catat hasil pengujian compressive strength untuk masing – masing
sample (N/mm2)
• Kriteria : strength ≥ 30 N/mm2 at 28 days strength ≥ 27 N/mm2 at 7 days
