Employee Relations Engagement. Organizing discussion forum, birthday parties & employee’s quinquennial (5 years) tenure celebration. Getting

well-designed flyers created & circulated to ensure the large participation of the employees. Reckoning all grievances as critical and in turn laying a great deal of emphasis on understanding the need behind

the need of the frustrated employee. Routing the grievances through the proper channel to the head of the respective department while keeping the concerned employee in the communication loop.

Employee Induction and Joining formalities.

Warm welcoming the new joiners on board with a speech followed by distribution of training kit and collection of

documents like experience letters, identity and address proofs, etc. Passing on those collected documents to the verification team.

Handing over application forms for employee code generation. Educating them on how to properly fill up PF & ESIC forms. Briefing them on how the company came into being, the mission, founders and success stories. Arranging a session with the CEO and Head of the departments. Ensuring overall smooth induction followed by creation of employee IDs, official email address generation, etc

Employee Rewards & Recognition. Coordinating the monthly, quarterly & annual rewards and recognition session efficiently. Helping the achievers to feel pampered as a token of acknowledgment for their efforts.

Performance Management System.

Driving performance appraisal activity comprising employee awareness, the collection of monthly scores and passing it on to the HR manager for analysis.

Analyzing the performance scores and getting the unsuccessful trainees, if any, re-trained.
