1.0 Bantwa kharo W.R Project- Pipe canal repairing of Bantwz Kharo Water Reso. Project

2.0 Online tenders for the following work is invited by the Executive Engineer, Porbandar Irrigation Division, 1/18, JillaSeva Sadan-2, Porbandar from the contractors registered in.

A). Class “E-2” & above and above in Narmada, Water resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar department and/or Road and Building Department of Gujarat State and.

B). CPWD / Railway and other State Governments equivalent to Class “E-2” and above of Gujarat State. Such Contractor shall have to apply before the date of Submission of bid to get themselves registered in Class ““E-2”” and above in Government of Gujarat and registered themselves on or before the date of award of contract.

The bidders shall have to submit the (1). Tender Fee in the form of DD, & (2). E.M.D. (in the form of FDR) through online (By scanning & original document) while uploading the bid. 4.0 Details tobe furnished along with application

Bid documents are only available in Electronic Form. Interested Bidders can view these tender documents online on web site www.nwr.nprocure.com. Bidders who are interested in bidding, these tenders can download tender documents Bidder shall pay Tender Fee in form of account Payee Demand Draft payable to the Executive Engineer, Porbandar Irrigation Division, Porbandar drawn on any Nationalized Bank / Schedule Bank.

The intending bidders shall have to submit the following documents along with the E.M.D.

1). Latest Income Tax Return filed, PAN and INCOME TAX WARD where assessed.

2). Current calendar year Solvency Certificate (20% value of Estimated Cost put to Tender).

7.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER :-

a) Tenderer shall submit their offer in Electronic format only, on above mentioned website up to 18.00 Hrs. on Dt. 01/11/2017 after Digitally Signing the same. Offer which are not Digitally Signed will not be accepted. b). No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received will be out rightly rejected.

c). Bidder will have to submit separate Tender Fee (In the Form of D.D.) & E.M.D. (In the Form of F.D.R. & B.G.) in (Physical form) drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Porbandar Irrigation Division, Porbandar. And shall be submitted in physical form to the Executive Engineer, Porbandar Irrigation Division, 1/18, JillaSeva Sadan-2, Porbandar-360 577, in physical form as mentioned in the Para 3.0 (B) above. i.e. within 5 working days from the last date of uploading the bid.

8.0 OPENING OF TENDER :

a). The price Bid (On line) will be opened 09/11/2017 at 12.00 Hrs. on website in the office of the Executive Engineer, Porbandar Irrigation Division, 1/18, JillaSeva Sadan-2, Porbandar-360 577. (As mentioned in Para 3(B)(iii) above). Intending bidders or their representative who wish to participate in online tender opening can log on to nwr.nprocure.com. On the due date and time, mark their presence or participate in online tender opening.

b). For more details vendors are requested to refer “Vendor Training Manual” Tenderer who wish to remain present at Rajkot premise at the time of tender opening can do so. Only one representative of each firm will be allowed to remain present.

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

a). The fees for on line tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances. b). E.M.D. in the form as specified in tender document only. And E.M.D. shall be accepted

valid up to 180 days. c). The offer shall be valid for 90 days counted from the date of opening of online Technical

bid / price bid. d). Conditional tender shall not be accepted. e). Government reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of

tender and reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. f). The notice shall form a part of contract document. g) The tenders are advised to read carefully the “Instruction” and “Eligibility Criteria”
