Explanation of Punishment

Level 1

A to K

Declare the Examinee as “Fail” in respective Subject of the current semester summer/winter examination

conducted by the authority.

Level 2

A to E Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination conducted by the authority.

Level 3

A to N

Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the summer/winter examination and debarred to appear in

next summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.

Level 4

A to D

Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination and debarred to appear from

next three summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.

Level 5

A to D

Cancellation of result of all the subjects of the current semester examination and debarred to appear from

next four summer/winter all examinations to be conducted by the authority.

Level 6

C

Deferred submission of thesis/dissertation/ project work for a period of 3 years in case of ME /M.Pharm/

MBA/ MCA and for a period of 5 years in case of PhD for resubmission. The resubmission of the

thesis/project work/dissertation shall be with new topic with fresh work.

Under 7* The examination committee shall decide the penalty depending upon the nature and complexity of involvement of the examinee is concerned
