Responsibilities:
� Advice management on organizational policy matters and recommend needed
changes.
� Preparing Organizational chart.
� Revised job description to reflect changing roles and ensure a standard format to be
used across the Middle East.
� Create new compensational structure that improve employee morale and boost their
