Khun Vanee Bijayendrayodhin has over 17 years of experience

with multinational companies such as Colgate-Palmolive

(Thailand) Ltd., American International Assurance Co., Ltd., and

Seagram (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Her last role at Colgate-Palmolive was a Regional Director (Asia)

for Organizational Development and Change Management. As a

high achiever, Khun Vanee consistently led her team to deliver

superior results even during the challenging times. She worked

with senior leaders across Asia and at New York headquarters to

establish and execute divisional and organizational development

strategies.

She has extensive experience in leadership and talent

development, human resources management, change facilitation

at country and regional level as well as facilitation of other

organization development initiatives such as goal alignment,

organization culture, experiential learning programs, etc.

With her proven track record in leadership and organization

development, Khun Vanee joins PacRim Group with her passion
