of December-2015 - Last date for Receipt of filled in Online Examination

I am by direction to inform you that as per the Academic Schedule, the Fifth Semester

Examinations of M.C.A./3 Years LL.B., courses will be conducted in the month of December-2015.

In this connection, I am to inform that the University has introduced Online Application

system along with Photo and Signature for the Fifth Semester Examinations of M.C.A./3 Years

LL.B., courses (Including Supplementary candidates). Therefore the entire Principals of Professional

course Colleges are directed to fill the Examination Applications of their students in the Website

www.simhapuriuniv.ac.in with effect from 10.11.2015 to 25.11.2015 and with fine from 26.11.2015

to 30.11.2015.

The University has prescribed the following fee structure for the above examinations as

detailed below:

Three papers and above Whole Exam Fee

With Fine 230

In this connection, the Principals of all Professional course Colleges are requested to co-

operate in filling the Online Examination Applications on the website related to your students and

collect the prescribed examination fee from them and remit the same in the Andhra Bank on-line

banking challan into the Account No. 106810100000070 by downloading challan(s) available on

Website.

The Online Exanimation Applications with insufficient information, insufficient fee, and

without photo and the signature of the candidates will be summarily rejected.

The Principals further requested to download the instructions, list of Specializations,

Subjects, and College Code Numbers which will help to submit the correct Online Examination

Applications. The Principals are instructed to submit the attested Xerox copy of Lower Degree Pass

Certificate for candidates appearing for second and fourth semester students along with Original

Challan(s) and downloaded lists.

I am also request you to kindly send the ATTENDANCE particulars of all the students at

least 16 clear days before the commencement of the examination for sending the HALL TICKETS to

the Principals /Chief Superintendent well in advance without fail.

The Principals are once again requested to take meticulous care in filling the Online

Examination Applications and in furnishing the required particulars without any mistake and after

verification along with covering letter send the hard copy to the under signed.
