E-AUCTION SALE NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to the public in general and to the Borrower/s, Guarantor/s and
Mortgagor/s in particular by the Authorized Officer, that the under mentioned property
mortgaged to Vijaya Bank taken possession under the provisions of Section 13(4) of the
Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,
2002, will be sold by E – Tender – Cum – Auction as mentioned below for recovery of under
mentioned dues and further interest, charges and cost etc, as detailed below.
This is also a Notice to the Borrower/s and to the Guarantor/s, Mortgagor/s of the below said
loan about the holding of E-Auction Sale on the below mentioned date, if their outstanding
dues are not repaid in full.

STATUTORY 15 DAYS SALE NOTICE IN RESPECT OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES
UNDER SARFAESI ACT 2nd AND SUBSQUENT SALE
The Borrower/Guarantors are hereby notice to pay the sum mentioned above within 15 days
from the date of publication of this notice failing which the Bank shall sell the property as the
provision laid down in the SARFAESI ACT, 2002.
Terms and Conditions of Sale :
1. Auction/bidding shall only be through “online electronic mode” through the website of the
Service Provider www.vijayabank.auctiontiger.net. M/s. E-Procurement Technologies
Ltd (Auction Tiger), Ahmadabad is the Service Provider to arrange e-auction platform.
2. The bidders may participate in e-auction for bidding from their place of choice internet
connectivity shall have to be ensured by bidder himself. Bank/Service Provider shall not be
held responsible for the internet connectivity, network problems, system crash down,
power failure etc.
3. For details, help, procedure and online training on e-auction prospective bidders may

4. Bidders are advised to go through the website www.vijayabank.auctiontiger.net for
detailed terms and conditions of auction sale before submitting their Bids for taking part in
the e-auction sale proceedings.
5. For participating in e-auction sale the intending bidders should register their details with
the Service Provider M/s. E-Procurement Technologies Ltd (Auction Tiger), Ahmadabad,
well in advance and get the User ID and password. Only the password may be changed on
receiving it. Bidders are required to hold digital signature certificate for
participating in the e-auction.
6. For participating in e-auction, intending bidders have to deposit a refundable EMD of 10%
of reserve price by way of RTGS/NEFT/Funds Transfer to the credit of A/C No.

Code “VIJB0004068“ or by DD/Pay Order favoring Vijaya Bank, ARM Branch
payable at Hyderabad, the intending bidders should submit the quotations along
with the Demand Draft towards EMD in a sealed cover by 5-00 P.M on or before
11-09-2017 to the Authorized Officer, Vijaya Bank, ARM Branch, Hyderabad. The sealed
cover should be super scribed with “Quotation for participating in E-auction sale –
M/s. Jyothi Quality Engineering Works.”. Tender forms may be collected from the
bank’s office.The reserve price below which the properties “SHALL NOT” be sold is For

7. The successful/highest bidder in the e-auction immediately on closure of auction process
should submit/sent the final price quoted by him by fax/e-mail both to the Authorised
Officer, Vijaya Bank, ARM Branch, Hyderabad, and service provider for getting declared as
highest/successful bidder in the auction.
8. The successful bidder should deposit 25% of the bid amount (including EMD) on the same
day of the sale, being knocked down in his favor and balance 75% of bid amount within 15

9. In case of default in payment at any stage by the successful bidder/auction purchaser
within the stipulated time, the sale will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be
forfeited and the property will be again put to sale.
10. The properties are being sold on “AS IS WHERE IS AND AS IS WHAT IS BASIS” and
subject to conditions prescribed in the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets
and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
11. As per Sec.194 IA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, TDS @ 1% will be applicable on sale
proceeds, in excess of Rs.50,00,000.00 and the successful bidder/purchaser will deduct
TDS & deposit the same by furnishing the challan-cum-statement in Form No.16-B,
containing the Bank’s Name & Pan Number as a seller and submit the original receipt of
TDS certificate to Bank.
12. To the best of knowledge and information of the Authorized Officer, there is no
encumbrance on any property. However, the intending bidders should make their own
independent inquiries regarding the encumbrances, title of property put on auction and
claims/rights/dues/effecting the property, prior to submitting their bids. The e-auction
advertisement does not constitute and will not be deemed to constitute any commitment or
any representation of the bank. The property is being sold with all the existing and future
encumbrances whether known or unknown to the bank. The Authorised Officer/Secured
Creditor shall not be responsible in any way for any third party claims/rights/dues.
13. The purchaser shall bear the applicable stamp duties/additional stamp duty/transfer
charges, fee etc., and also all the statutory/non-statutory dues, taxes, rates, assessment
charges, fees etc., owing to anybody.
14. Bids once made shall not be cancelled or withdrawn. All bids made from the user ID given
to bidder will be deemed to have been made by him only.
15. All bidders shall be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of sale
and be bound by them.
16. The Authorized Officer may postpone/cancel the e- Auction without assigning any reason
thereof.

18. In case the e-Auction scheduled is postponed to a date before 30 days from the scheduled
date of sale, it will be displayed on the website of the Service Provider.
19. The original title documents are deposited in Hon’ble Court/DRT/CBI. The Bank will take
necessary steps for getting back the original title documents to hand over to the successful
bidder, which may take minimum of 90 days from the date of submission of copy of
registered sale deed executed by the Bank in favour of the successful bidder.
