The new Spencer Microscope Lamp is a specialized acces­sory and a natural complement to an accurate microscope. Particularly valuable for use with binocular microscopes, both bright Field and phase, the lamp is also recommended For photomicrography, micro-projection, and dark Field illumination. Intended For advanced microscopical work, it is capable oF Furnishing both Kohler and parallel illumina­tion. Careful consideration has been given to efficiency in design and in operational control. A l l adjustments are external and located for convenience of the user. The body is quickly and easily separated by turning two thumb screws, thus providing easy access to lamp chimney, bulb, and mirror. The ventilating fins on the aluminum body, coupled with the natural draft ventilation of the lamp chimney, assure cool operation.
