Active Duty Warrant Officer Proponent (Quartermaster) 2007

Served as active duty proponent for 1,028 Quartermaster Warrants and directed personnel life cycle and training management functions for five (5) military occupational specialties. Managed Quartermaster warrant officer accession mission and program to include review of warrant officer applications while providing recommendations to Quartermaster General Officer.

Identified, resolved, analyzed, and developed recommendations and resolutions on proponent personnel issues. Researched and evaluated data to support and justify personnel policies. Interfaced with Army G1, Army Human Resource Command, CASCOM, USAREC, OCAR, and the National Guard Bureau on personnel issues to support accessions, and force development programs.

Chief, Quartermaster Warrant Officer Training Director 2006-2007 Analyzed and evaluated common core and technical skills programs of instruction for Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced courses for Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard quartermaster warrant officers. Supervised 10 Instructors tasked with training and maintaining programs of instructions for 550 warrant officers annually in five (5) Quartermaster specialties: Property Book, Supply Systems, Food Service, Airdrop, and Petroleum and Water. Managed 5 Instructors tasked with training and maintaining programs of instructions for 2,000 Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers annually in logistical information systems and functional quartermaster skills. Partnered with TRADOC and CASCOM agencies to re-design technical, tactical, and functional military training to current operating environment.

Command Senior Warrant Officer (OIF 01-03, OIF 05-07) 2003-2006 Coordinated and synchronized sustainment support and automation integration for Quartermaster, Transportation and Ordnance logistical information systems as Senior Technical Advisor in support of 230,000 Service Members, Coalition, Joint Forces, and Defense Contractors deployed in Iraq, Turkey and Kuwait. Served on Commanding General’s Strategic and Operational Integration Team to ensure doctrine, logistics modularity, and modernization principles and practices were integrated into seamless support in Iraq Theater of Operation. Developed logistics metrics to moderate risks and assist in development of mitigation strategies for critical thinkers to make timely decisions while supported by mechanics of business case analysis and cost benefit metrics.

Stockage Determination Change Agent at Velocity Management, USA 1999-2002 Served as the leader of a multi-functional team responsible for process reviews for supply, maintenance, and information and distribution systems and practices.
