FIRST START-UP

! GPS warning

If the GPS is OFF during startup, message box will appear with a button to enable on the GPS on device.

Driver registration

After first startup, registration screen will be displayed. Driver should enter User name and

Password.

After pressing REGISTRATION button, login screen is then displayed, where the same User

name and Password should be entered.

Driver login

After registration step is completed, Driver Login screen will be displayed

After successful login, Main screen will be displayed

**After login, application will establish Bluetooth connection with Taximeter device. If the

Taximeter device is connected, Bluetooth logo will be displayed in the right corner of the

screen.

My traffic screen lists all drives that were made during a work session.

Also all the bargain drives will be displayed here.

Pressing on an entry, we can see more information about the selected drive .

Button Create Bill can send selected details to the printer or it can store information on

device.

Bargain

Starting drive using bargain method is done directly from main screen simply by pressing

button Bargain.

After the drive is finished, driver will enter bargain SUM and traveled distance from the

taximeter.

Starting drive using Taximeter (Free ride)

Press the first button (F1) on taximeter and then device will display SL (free ride) after that

press the same button again to confirm free ride and then taximeter will start. Immediately

after that you should be able to see the screen on the device with message Driving!

Next screen will appear:

To finish the drive, you should press the first button on taximeter (F1). After that message

on the screen will appear (Print), after that press F1 again to confirm STOP and display ride

data on the screen.

You will be displayed with this:

Select payment type and you will be displayed with the bill screen.

Checkout screen

BackTakes you back to the previous screen where you can select other

payment type.

R1 bill Creating invoice for companies. Displays screen to enter company info

Create bill Creating bill and sending to POS printer (*if the option is available)

Finish Finishing bill.

TAXI ZONES (Rank)

Logging in to Taxi Rank

Pressing on the Login to taxi rank from main screen will display the screen with Taxi Zones.

Taxi Zones will be ordered by actual distance from the vehicle.

You can simply navigate through Taxi Zones using arrows.

Button Refresh will update Taxi Zones list and ranks within them.

* Only if your vehicle is inside the predefined radius of taxi zone, available taxi zone will

be selected blue and available for login.

Pressing on the Taxi Zone from the list, information about the rank and list of vehicles will

be displayed.

After successful login to the Taxi Zone (rank) you will get main screen with displayed taxi

rank information.

ORDERS

Receiving order

When you receive the drive order your screen will display this:

After accepting the drive order you will be displayed this screen:

Canceling drive order / No user

Drive order can be canceled only by dispatcher.

In case there is no client on the given address, driver should press No user button. After

that no user information is relayed to the dispatcher and then the order will be canceled

manually so your vehicle status can be set to available.

After the drive order is cancelled by dispatcher your screen will display this message:

SERVICE MESSAGES

Dispatchers can send service messages / announcements to drivers, individually or to all

vehicles. These messages may contain information about traffic, possible accidents, and

general information.

When the message is sent, message will displayed as pop-up screen. You can navigate

through the messages using navigation arrows. OK button will close the message window.
