Nikam Guruji says

Yukta yuktam tejadbayu yukam yuktam cha purayet,

Yuktam yuktam cha banhiyadebam sidhim bapnuyat.

Brudha ati brudha aba byadhite durbal apiba

Abhyasat sidhi mapnoti sava yogi swatah tritah

Really with mulabandha,udiyana bandhas and Jalandhar bandha ,if you

practice pranayam the back bone chakras get an omkaar sound and in

image 1 myou find our back bone in form of a shiva linga is enlightened.

This message is delivered by shankaracharya and south Indian ligas you find

tall and enlightened.What ever you find in the image you have to integrate

in your own body.Otherwise no meaning in sadhana or in temples.Some

temples are so constructed that when you visit them you get inside some

structured kothi or images and place of gods there by your body is shielded

and protected by those gods.So when some body says why to visit a temple

I never agree with him because you get the protecten specially structured by

godly places.

contracted for energising your body and energy flow.This is the message you

have to understand.

In vipasana when you concentrate on air it is ultimately affecting the

chakras in the back bone spiritual canal or pranic energy flow route.But you

have to enlighten and extend and contract as explained above.
