    Note: the terms reseller and member are interchangeably used. The terms We and Us refers to Tvam

    eseller Membership1. The membership technology fee (Rs. 5000 for year 1 and Rs 2000/year for subsequent years) is meant for

    keeping the reseller status active. This payment cannot be used as purchase credits

    2. The membership technology fee is non-refundable3. The membership technology fee is auto-debited from the members account year-on-year4. If the member doesnt renew the membership in the subsequent years, the members status becomes

    non-paying for 3 months, beyond which, the membership will be deactivated. To reactivate themembership, the member has to make a fresh payment of Rs 5,000

    5. Non-paying members are not entitled to special discounts and other member benefits6. Tvam reserves the rights to change technology fee from time to time

    ayment and Discounts1. Products will not be dispatched until full payment is received. There is no credit2. Tvam reserves the rights to change RRP and reseller discounts from time to time

    3. 10% instant discount on RRP is applicable for active members only4. Additional discount is calculated over cumulative sale value at the end of the month, and is paid back

    to the reseller

    rder Placement1. The first time order must be worth a minimum of Rs. 25,0002. Second order can be of any value, however, the discounts will be based on total order value3. We will supply the specific list of items and the quantity that the reseller requests for. However, in the

    rare event of any specific merchandise not being available, we will provide alternative options to thereseller

    hipping1. We can ship to any address in India that is served by our shipping partner (DTDC). However there may

    be restrictions in certain places which we may not be aware of. If we do come to know of it, we will letthe reseller know and we will refund the full purchase amount

    2. For a specific order, the reseller may receive multiple shipments3. When the reseller places an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability

    of the items and the shipping options chosen. As on date, DTDC is our preferred shipping partner.Once the reseller places an order, it typically takes 12-15 days to supply the merchandise. If reseller hasany other preference for shipping, we need to know in writing in advance of the dispatch of the items.There may be additional charges that the reseller might have to incur for the carrier of resellers choice.

    We will not be responsible for shipments delivered via the resellers preferred carrier4. Normally, we will supply the merchandize without Tvam branding (tags, printing on the bags, etc).However, the reseller has the choice to have the products with the Tvam branding

    5. The reseller can choose if the products need to be packed in bulk or if individual packing is required

    eturns and Credits1. Products once sold will not be exchanged. However, if the merchandise supplied to the reseller is found

    to be damaged/defective, the reseller has to inform the relationship manager (with details and pictures)within 24 hours of receiving the products, and we will replace the merchandise. The cost of returnshipping will be covered by us

    2. If the value of the replacement merchandize supplied is less than the value of the original order, thenthe difference amount is issued to the reseller in the form of credits which may be used by the resellerduring the next purchase

    eseller Referral Reward1. If you refer resellers to Tvam, the eligible referral commission is 5% of resellers purchase value (valid

    for every purchase made by the reseller)2. Commission is only applicable on the resellers purchase value. Commission is not applicable on other

    administrative fees (such as membership enrolment fee) paid by the reseller3. The commission will be processed only after payments are received from the reseller and the order is

    executed

    4. The total commission earned in the fortnight shall be paid at the beginning of the following fortnight

    eseller Coaching and Training1. Initial Training on Social Media Strategies and Ongoing Coaching on Internet Marketing shall

    typically be provided through a combination of videos, eBooks, articles, checklists, templates, etc.Personal one-to-one coaching shall be provided only on a need basis

    upport From Reseller Manager1. Support From Reseller Manager is typically availably only during the contact times specified in the

    website

    eports on Purchase Summary and Discounts1. The Reports on monthly purchase Summary and Discounts earned shall be provided to you manually.2. The reports shall typically be provided within the 10th working day of the month (for purchases made

    in the previous month)
