SEALED TENDER NOTICE

Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), intends to purchase the following machineries, the detail specification mentioned in the Tender Form (1) 8 Spindle NMC (Wooden frame Muslin Charkha) as per KVIC Specification, (2) Ready Warping unit (WSC Specification) (3) Cloth Dyeing Unit (Varietywise & Capacitywise machineries) (4) Yarn Dyeing Machine (Varietywise & Capacitywise machineries) (6) Yarn Twisting Machine (CSB Specification) (7)Calendaring Machine (8) Testing Laboratory Machineries (9) Readymade Garment Machineries (10) Block Printing Sets, (11) Fabric Printing Table in respect of its Khadi Institutions (as detailed in the Tender Form) working in the State of West Bengal in a time bound manner.

Sealed Quotations separately for Technical Bid and financial Bid (including Packing, Transportation, Insurance & GST charges etc) are invited from the GST compliant accomplished Manufacturers /Suppliers with sufficient credential to have executed the Order from any Government or Semi Government body with proven track record in successful and timely accomplishment of the Order.

The last date for submission of Tender is 28th November 2017 by 14-00 hrs in the Tender Box to be kept at 6th floor of this office and the Tender will be opened on the same day at 16-00 hrs in the office premises at 33, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata 700 012.

KVIC reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Instruction to Bidders:

(a) Eligibility and Qualification of Bidder :

Only the parties satisfying the criteria stated in the Advertisement issued by KVIC, State Office, Kolkata are eligible to submit the bid i.e the parties who have the proven track record of the experience and expertise of executing considerable volume of satisfactory assignments in recent past 3 years and who have executed the order from any Government or Semi Government Department with proven track record of successful and timely accomplishment of the Order.

b) Rates, quantities and value of work:

The supplier should be GST compliant and rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and other duties as applicable as per law. The quoted rates shall be firm and shall not be subject to any change whatsoever and shall hold good till completion of the work including extended period of contract, if any. However, KVIC, Kolkata may negotiate lower rate than the offered rate, with L-1.

Value of work quoted may be increased or decreased at the absolute discretion of KVIC, Kolkata in which case all the other terms and conditions of contract shall remain valid and binding notwithstanding such alternation.

c) Language and Currency of Tender

The bidders should quote rates in English or Hindi & in Indian Rupees, in figures as well as in words. Corrections in the tender should be avoided but if this becomes unavoidable, each correction should be signed separately by the bidder without ambiguity.
