Abstract

It is obvious that Korea was developed exceptionally in shorter span of time and put an example to the world to be developed in such way. With fast and vast development of science and technology, change in any place of the world is not taking longer time than it would take otherwise in the past. Recently, Nepal is revolutionized politically and still waiting for its shaping constitutions to be hugged. Hundreds of thousands of Nepali youths are leaving Nepal looking for their future in the foreign land, and some of them have never returned and many of them have returned with partial disabled state, the remaining come back with certain amount of money. The most of money will be spent in non-profitable work like building home, buying land etc. Finally, the financial situation remains the same. The presenter will talk about the particular situation of Nepalese in Korea motivating them to work well, healthy and wealthy and making not only themselves healthy and wealthy but also Nepal itself. A novel and simple, collective and corporative idea will be discussed in which each and every individual will be benefited generating a huge revolutionary force to boost the development of Nepal.

Abstract In the context of 1500 youths migrating to different countries for foreign employment it is necessary to look back to the past and plan for the future prospect of the country. In South Korea alone there are more than 22000 Nepalese have been employed through EPS system. The lands are left barren and the villages are becoming old age care centers because of the huge amount of migration every day. It is now the responsibility of the Diaspora community, students studying abroad and the migrant workers to contribute in the sustainable local development through the remittances they send back home. After the researches of over a decade it has been found out that there is a huge potential of Agriculture, Tourism and Power generation industries in the country where the Diaspora communities and the migrant workers can contribute. In this regard there are various plans and schemes where we can come together to make the difference in the lives of our country men.
