DEDICATION
This volume of The Botanical Review is dedicated to Dr. E. H. Fulling, co-founder and long-time editor of The Botanical Review. He used his talents to bring the research of specialists into proper focus, so that it could be understood and appreciated by others. Serving as both editor and financial sponsor, he developed The Botanical Review into a journal that met the need. We must aspire to continue the high standards that he established and maintained.
