OM shyi tok dangpo sangye kuntu zang dorje sempa dorje de shyin shek

pawo chenpo drowa kyop pe gon dak la tser gong yeshe chen gyi zik

OM Primordial Buddha Samantabhadra, the Gound of being:

O Vajrasattva, Vajra Tathagatha,

Great hero, lord and protector of beings:

Turn your love towards us; gaze upon us with eyes of Wisdom!

VAJRA sang we dakpo dorjei dam drak pa ku sung tuk sang samaya bum gyi

dam le nyam shing tsik le gal was dang rap tu nong shing gyo pe tol lo shak

VAJRA Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, who declared the vajra decree,

Of all the hundred thousand secret samayasOf body, speech and mind; whichever vows we have impaired

Or pledges we have broken

With deepest remorse and regret, we acknowledge and confess

them!

HUNG d pe gyalpo ye ne dorje che

HUNG King of Passion, the great primordial Vajra,

Free from any conceptual reference, beyond all Impairment or

confession,

Is Samantabhadra, always perfect, the vast expanse of rigpa,

Ever present as the space of dharmadhatu: AH

AH d ne ma kye ye ne nam dak kyang trul ngor lowur sharwe kun tok le

ma rik zung dzin kyen nang nyam chak kun dak chen ch ying yum gyi long du shak

AH All is from the beginning unborn and primordially pure,

Yet conceptual thoughts, arising momentarily in our deluded minds,

cause ignorance, dualistic perception, impairments and

breakages,

Which we confess now in the expanse of the dharmadhatu

mother, utter purity!

SATTVA Now that the time has elapsed for impairments to

become faults,And causes for the harsh retribution commanded by

The vajra dakinis, whose stern task it is, I confess having

obscured this life and the next, by accumulating the causes of

the great hells!

This king of all confessions, three vajra words, will empty samsara

from its depths, like the philosophers stone turns iron into gold.

This is an oral instruction which protects those who have fallen

prey to ignorance and impaired their samayas. It burst from the

wisdom mind of Samantabhadra, and I Padma set it down in

symbolic code for the sake of future generations. May it meet with

my emanation, my own hearts son!
