Description: This project gives regulated constant 24v automatical ly using PID control ler. The PID is a
control loop feedback mechanism, i t is continual ly calculate an error e(t) as a di f ference between
desired set point and measured process variable and appl ied a correction based on proportional ,
integral and derivative terms. P ID control ler is developed using IQmath l ibrary this contain high
accuracy Matametical functions. According to the PID result buck and boost ci rcuits wi l l increases and
decreases the output to maintain constant voltage. LCD display is interfaced with the p roject to
monitor input and regulated output voltage.
Project 2: Co-relation power swing blocking

Description: This is a power electronics based project, Power systems are operated with such tight
stabi l i ty margins that when a power system experiences a fault or disturbance. These osci l lat ions in
the generator rotor angle translate into power swings across the system. The occurrence of a power
swing condit ion on a power system must be detected, and the appropriate protective action needs to
be taken. Using LCD display status of voltage swing wi l l display and here relay is used to control
power l ine protection.
Project 3: Induction motor controll ing and monitoring

Description: This project is developed to control and monitor industr ial induction motor with the help
of sensors, sensing over voltage and under voltage, over current, over speed, temperature, Line
frequency and phase fai lure parameters. Al l parameter values are transferred to the control l ing
computer through Zigbee and by using GUI al l these parameter values are displayed on the monitor ,
as wel l as i t wi ll display on LCD interfaced with ARM Control ler . Computer has a manual control over
induction motor to turn ON/OFF by sending commands through Zigbee

FPGA Implementation of Modified CORDIC Algorithm and Architecture–M Tech Final Project
The Trigonometric, logarithmic and hyperbolic are like many functions are performed by use of Sine
and Cosine functions.
The Sine and cosine functions are generated by CORDIC (COordinate Rotational DIgital Computer)
Algorithm and Architecture for whole four quadrants.
The proposed Architecture is performed by using only simple addition, subtraction and shifting
operation, due to the reason efficient hardware utilization is achieved.
