The Motto of our institute is “Bahujana Hitaya ,Bahujana Sukhaya”.i.e. in the intrest

of masses and for the social welfare of the masses.Our purpose is to get quality

education to those students who belongs to tribal,rural and economicaly backword

प्रवेश प्रक्रक्रया शकै्षणिक वर्ष २०२०-२०२१

महाणवद्यालयात प्रथम वर्ष कला वाणिज्य व णवज्ञान वगाषची प्रवेश प्रणिया ही पात्रता णनयमाांच्या अधीन राहून

मान्यताप्राप्त प्रवशे सांख्या व गिुवत्तनेसुार णिले जातात.

१) बारावीचा णनकाल जाहीर झाल्यानांतर महाणवद्यालयात प्रथम वर्ष कला वाणिज्य व णवज्ञान वगाषच्या प्रवशेासाठी

सचूना फलकावर प्रवेश प्रणिया कायषिम घोणर्त करण्यात येईल व त्यानसुार प्रवेश णिले जातात .

२) णवद्यार्थयाांकडून आकारले जािारे शलु्क णवद्यापीठ पररपत्रक िमाांक उमणव/१२/शलु्क सणमती/५७२/२००७ णि.

०२/०५/२००७ च्या अधीन राहून आकारण्यात येईल णवद्यापीठाकडून व शासनाकडून आकारल्या जािाऱ्या

शलु्कात बिल झाल्यास अणतररक्त शलु्क िेिे णवद्यार्थयाषवर बांधनकारक राहील

३) शासनाच्या प्रचणलत धोरिानसुार एकूि प्रवेश क्षमतेच्या पन्नास टक्के जागा मागासवगीय व इतर मागासवगीय

घटकाांसाठी खालीलप्रमािे राखीव राहतील

अ) अनसुणूचत जाती व अनसुणूचत जमाती मधील बौद्ध धमष स्वीकारलेल्या व्यक्ती १३%

ब) अन ुजमाती ७%

क) णवमकु्त जाती (१४ तत्सम जाती) व्ही.जे. ३%

ड) भटक्या जमाती (जाने. ९० पवूीच्या २८ तत्सम जाती)(एन. टी. १) २.५%

इ) भटक्या जमाती (धनगर व तत्सम) (एन. टी.३) ३.५%

प्रवेश ननयम- १) महाववद्यालयात प्रथम वर्ाात प्रवेशासाठी ववद्यापीठ ननयमाप्रमािे प्रथम प्रवेश अजा

स्वीकारले जातील. २) महाववद्यालयाने घोवर्त केलेल्या वेळापत्रकानुसार प्रवेश अजा जस्वकारून गुिानुक्रमे

ववद्यार्थयाांची यादी घोवर्त केली जाईल. ३) गुिानुक्रमे तसेच महाववद्यालयातील ववर्य क्षमतेनुसार मुदतीत प्रवेश घेण्याची जबाबदारी

ववद्यार्थयाांची राहील. ४) अनुदाननत तुकडीसाठी शासन व ववद्यापीठ ननयमाप्रमािे ववद्यार्थयाांना लाभ हदला जाईल. ५) ववनाअनुदाननत तुकडीच्या प्रवेशासाठी ववद्यापीठ पररपत्रकानुसार फी आकारली जाईल. ६) जददतीय व ततृीय वर्ााच्या वगाातील प्रवेश प्रथम प्राधान्याने महाववद्यालयाच्या वेबसाइटवरून व प्रक्रक्रयेनुसार देण्यात येतील. ७) अनुदाननत तुकडी पूिा झाल्यानांतर उवाररत प्रवेश हदले जातील व त्यानुसार फी आकारली

जाईल व ती बांधनकारक असेल.

ननयम:-

१) गुिानुक्रमे प्रवेश प्रक्रक्रयेत ननदेशशत ववर्य ननहाय प्रवेश क्षमता सांपल्यानांतर ववनाअनुदाननत

तुकडीत ववद्यार्थयाांना प्रवेश घेता येईल. २) ववनाअनुदाननत तुकडी प्रवेशासाठी ववद्यापीठ ननयमानुसार ट्यूशन फी अनतररक्त भरावी लागेल. ३) अनुदाननत तुकडीत वेळापत्रकानुसार मुदत सांपल्या स्व अनुदाननत तुकडीत ववर्यास जागा ररक्त

असल्यास ननयमाप्रमािे प्रवेश देण्यात येतील.

महाववद्यालयातील ववववध उपक्रम व सुववधा

१) ग्रंथालय सुववधा महाववद्यालयाचे समदृ्ध असे ग्रांथालय आहे महाववद्यालयाच्या ग्रांथालयात एकूि १६९४९ सांदभा, क्रशमक व अवाांतर वाचनीय ग्रांथ व पुस्तके उपलब्ध आहेत. ग्रांथालयात ववद्यार्थयाांना वाचन करण्यासाठी स्वतांत्र वाचन कक्ष आहे. त्यामध्ये वतृ्तपते्र, माशसके, पुस्तके, उपलब्ध आहेत. २) पुस्तक पेढी योजना गरीब व होतकरू ववद्यार्थयाांना अभ्यासासाठी ग्रांथालयातील पुस्तक वर्ाभरासाठी क्रशमक पुस्तके वेळापत्रकानुसार ववद्यार्थयाांना हदली जातात. तसेच स्पधाा परीक्षाांसाठी आवश्यक असलेली सामान्य ज्ञानाची पुस्तके व ननयतकाशलके ग्रांथालयात उपलब्ध आहेत. ग्रांथालयाांमध्ये दृकश्रादय साधनाांद्वारे ववववध ववर्याची ऑडीओ व जदहडीओ शैक्षणिक कैसेट उपलब्ध आहेत. ग्रांथालयाचे कामकाज श्री एस. आर. ठाकूर जबाबदारीने पार पाडत असतात. ग्रांथालयातील ननयम सवा ववद्यार्थयाांवर बांधनकारक असतील. ३) क्रीडा महाववद्यालयात जजमखाना मांडळ कायारत असून या मांडळामाफा त बुद्धधबळ, कबड्डी, खो-खो, हॉलीबॉल, टेननस, बॅडशमांटन, क्रक्रकेट अशा साांनघक व ववववध वैयजक्तक खेळाांचे साहहत्य उपलब्ध करून हदले जाते व महाववद्यालयात ववद्यार्थयाांना खेळा ववर्यी आवड ननमााि करण्यासाठी ववववध साांनघक व वैयजक्तक खेळाांचे प्रशशक्षि देऊन सराव ननयशमतपिे केला जातो. महाववद्यालयाने आज पयांत ववववध खेळात ववद्यापीठ पातळी पयांत यश प्राप्त केलेले आहे.वररष्ठ महाववद्यालयाचे प्रभारी क्रीडा सांचालक म्हिून प्रा.आर.डी.पवार व कननष्ठ महाववद्यालयाचे क्रीडा सांचालक म्हिून श्री.सी. के.पाटील काम पाहतात. ४) प्रयोगशाळा

महाववद्यालयात रसायनशास्त्र, वनस्पनतशास्त्र, प्राणिशास्त्र, सांगिकशास्त्र व भौनतकशास्त्र भूगोल या ववर्याांसाठी अद्यावत व सवा प्रकारच्या सुववधाांनी युक्त प्रयोगशाळा उपलब्ध आहेत. ५) ववववध मंडळे

ववद्यार्थयाांच्या सवाांगीि ववकास होण्यासाठी पुस्तकी ज्ञानाबरोबरच दयावहाररक ज्ञानाची सुध्दा आवश्यकता असते. अशा प्रकारचे ज्ञान प्राप्त करण्यासाठी अभ्यासपूरक आणि अभ्यासेतर इतर कायाक्रम महत्त्वाचे ठरतात, त्यासाठी महाववद्यालयात ववववध मांडळाची स्थापना करण्यात आली असून या मांडळामाफा त वर्ाभर ववद्याथी व अध्यापकाांकडून ववववध शैक्षणिक साांस्कृनतक सामाजजक व मूल्य शशक्षिावर आधाररत अनेक कायाक्रमाांचे आयोजन केले जाते.

६) राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना महाववद्यालयातील उत्तर महाराष्र ववद्यापीठ अांतगात राष्रीय सेवा योजनेचे २५० स्वयांसेवकाांचे एकक कायारत आहे.या योजनेच्या माध्यमातून ववद्यार्थयाांमध्ये श्रमसांस्कार, सामाजजक बाांधधलकी, राष्रीय अशभमान इत्यादी बाबी रुजववण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जातो.या योजनेमुळे ववद्यार्थयाांच्या जीवनात योग्य हदशा प्राप्त होऊन ववद्याथी देशाचा जबाबदार नागररक यशस्वीपिे घडू शकतो, कारि नेततृ्वगुिाांचा ववकास करण्यासाठी राष्रीय सेवा योजना हे माध्यम सवोत्कृष्ट ठरते.

७) ऑनलाइन प्रवेश

शैक्षणिक वर्ा २०२०-२१ पासून प्रथम, जददतीय व ततृीय वर्ाासाठी ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रक्रया सुरू करण्यात आलेली आहे त्यासाठी पुढील प्रमािे माहहती सादर करावी. ऍडशमशन फॉमा, स्कॅन फोटो, इतर माहहती वप्रांट काढून आवश्यक कागदपते्र फॉमा सोबत जोडून प्रवेश सशमतीकडून फॉमाची तपासिी करिे व तपासिी झाल्यानांतर मेसेज आल्यावर ऑनलाइन प्रवेश फी भरल्याची पावती व फॉमा कायाालयात जमा करिे. ८) ववद्याथी ग्राहक भांडार

महाववद्यालयात शैक्षणिक वर्ा २०१९-२० पासून शशक्षक व ववद्याथी सांचशलत महाववद्यालय ग्राहक भाांडार कायारत असून ग्राहक भाांडारात ववद्याथी उपयोगी ववववध आवश्यक अजा झेरॉक्स इत्यादी सुववधा व शैक्षणिक साहहत्य अत्यांत माफक दरात उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आलेले आहे. ९) वाचन कक्ष

स्पधाा परीके्षला चालना देण्यासाठी एमपीएससी, यूपीएससी, बँक्रकां ग व इतर सेवा के्षत्रात ववद्याथी पुढे जावेत यासाठी महाववद्यालयात आजी माजी ववद्यार्थयाांसाठी नाममात्र शुल्क घेऊन स्वतांत्र सुसज्ज वाचन कक्षाची सुववधा करण्यात आलेली आहे. ववद्यार्थयाांना स्पधाा परीके्षची पुस्तके उपलब्ध आहेत. १०) बहुउद्देशीय संशोधक

महाववद्यालयात एम.फील व पी.एच.डी.च्या ववद्यार्थयाांना तज्ज्ञ प्राध्यापकाांकडून मागादशान केले जाते. ११) महाववद्यालयीन उपहारगहृ

महाववद्यालयीन ववद्याथी ववद्याधथानीांसाठी महाववद्यालयीन पररसरात स्वतांत्र महाववद्यालय उपहारगहृ सुरू करण्यात आले असून ववद्यार्थयाांना माफक दरात खाद्यपदाथा उपलब्ध आहेत. १२) स्वननधी प्रमाणपत्र अभ्यासक्रम

ववद्यार्थयाांना पारांपररक शशक्षिाबरोबरच ववववध ववर्याांचे ज्ञान प्राप्त दहावे या दृष्टीने महाववद्यालयात ववववध प्रकारचे अभ्यासक्रम अत्यांत अल्पदरात सुरू करण्यात आलेले असून त्यात सांगिक ओळख, इांग्रजी भार्ा ज्ञान, दयजक्तमत्व ववकास, बँक दयवहार, उपक्रम दयवस्थापन इत्यादी अभ्यासक्रम उपलब्ध आहेत. सदर अभ्यासक्रमाांना तज्ञ दयक्ती माफा त अध्यापन करण्यात येईल. १३) बहुउद्देशीय संशोधन कें द्र

महाववद्यालयात बहुउद्देशीय सांशोधन कें द्र कायारत असून महाववद्यालयातील पीएचडी मागादशाकाांच्या माध्यमातून मराठी, इांग्रजी, हहांदी, भौनतकशास्त्र, प्रािीशास्त्र या ववर्यात पीएचडी करिाऱ्या ववद्यार्थयाांना तसेच पददयुत्तर वगााच्या ववद्यार्थयाांना सांशोधनाची सुववधा उपलब्ध आहे सदर सांशोधन कें द्र उत्तर महाराष्र ववद्यापीठाची मान्यता शमळवण्याचे प्रयत्न सुरू आहे. १४) वाय-फाय सुववधा माहहती व तांत्रज्ञानाच्या युगात ववद्यार्थयाांना इांटरनेट सुववधा उपलब्ध दहावी म्हिून ग्रांथालयात इांटरनेट सुववधा उपलब्ध आहे लवकरच वायफाय कॅम्पस सुववधा कायााजन्वत करण्यात येिार आहे. त्यासाठी महाववद्यालय प्रयत्नशील आहे.

१५) योगा प्रशशक्षण

महाववद्यालयीन ववद्यार्थयाांसाठी योगा प्रशशक्षि प्रमािपत्र अभ्यासक्रम सुरू करण्याचे ववचाराधीन असून महाववद्यालयीन वेळेच्या दयनतररक्त सदर अभ्यासक्रम ननयशमतपिे राबवण्यात येिार आहे.सदर अभ्यासक्रमासाठी ख्यातनाम योगाचाया रामदेव बाबा याांच्या मागादशानाखाली तज्ञ मागादशाक याांचे योगदान असिार आहे. सदर अभ्यासक्रमासाठी शुल्क आकारिी असेल व ववद्यार्थयाांना अभ्यासक्रमाचे प्रमािपत्र हदले जाईल. १६) स्वच्छ भारत अशभयान

महाववद्यालयात ववद्याथी ववकास सशमती,राष्रीय सेवा योजना एकक याांच्या माफा त स्वच्छ भारत अशभयान वर्ाभर राबववण्यात येत असून महाववद्यालच्या सवा ववद्यार्थयाांचे सहकाया अपेक्षक्षत असते.या उपक्रमाअांतगात महाववद्यालयात स्वच्छतेसाठी उपाय योजना करण्यात येते. १७) युवती सभा महाववद्यालयात युवती सभा सशमती असून युवती सभेद्वारे महहलाांसाठी वववध उपक्रम महाववद्यालय व उत्तर महाराष्र ववद्यापीठ याांच्या सांयुक्त ववद्यमाने राबववले जातात. सदर उपक्रमाअांतगात बहुसांख्य ववद्याधथानी सहभागी होतात. १८) माजी ववद्याथी सशमती महाववद्यालयात माजी ववद्यार्थयाांसाठी सशमती कायारत असून माजी ववद्यार्थयाांचे कायाक्रम आयोजजत केले जातात. माजी ववद्यार्थयाांना या सशमतीचे सदस्य होता येते.प्रथम सत्रात क्रकां वा द्ववतीय सत्रात माजी ववद्याथी मेळावा घेतला जातो. १९) वैद्यकीय तपासणी ववद्यापीठाच्या ननदेशानुसार प्रथम वर्ाातील ववद्याथी ववद्याधथानीांची वैद्यकीय तपासिी करण्यात येते त्यासाठी तज्ञ डॉक्टसा ननमांत्रत्रत केले जातात. २०) ववववध शशष्ट्यवतृ्ती महाववद्यालयातील अपांग ववद्याथी तसेच आधथाक दबुाल घटक व ववववध सांवगाातील ववद्यार्थयाांना कें द्र शासन ,राज्य शासन तसेच उत्तर महाराष्र ववद्यापीठ जळगाव याांच्या ननदेशाप्रमािे शशष्यवतृ्तीचा लाभ ववद्यार्थयाांना हदला जातो.

ग्राहक भाांडारातून कायाालयात अजा भरिे व वप्रांट घेिे बांधनकारक राहील त्याशशवाय इतर हठकािावरील अजा महाववद्यालयात जस्वकारले जािार नाहीत याची सवा ववद्यार्थयाांनी नोंद घ्यावी.

२१) वावषिक ननयतकाशलक

महाववद्यालयाच्या वतीने दरवर्ी वावर्ाक ननयतकाशलक “दयासांग” प्रकाशशत करण्यात येते त्यात ववद्यार्थयाांचे मराठी, हहांदी व इांग्रजी साहहत्य प्रकाशशत करण्यात येते तसेच वर्ाभरातील ववववध कायााचा आढावा घेतला जातो. २२) ववद्यार्थिनी कक्ष

महाववद्यालयात ववद्याधथानीांसाठी स्वतांत्र ववद्याधथानी कक्ष आहे त्यात ववद्याधथानीांना लागिाऱ्या सवा ववववध सुववधा उपलब्ध आहेत तसेच ववद्याधथानी दयनतररक्त इतराांना प्रवेश बांदी असून ववद्याधथानी कक्षात ननभायपिे वावरू शकतात.

महाववद्यालयात सकाळी ११:४५ वा. राष्रगीत गायनासाठी सवा ववद्यार्थयाांनी महाववद्यालयाच्या प्राांगिात उपजस्थत राहिे व राष्रगीत गायनात सहभागी होिे आवश्यक राहील.

Disciplinary Rules 1. Every Student shall wear clean suitable and presentable clothing.

2. Students shall abide by all the general and special rules framed by the college authorities

from time to time in regard to their conduct and studies.

3. Students are admitted to the college, subject to the college, subject to the control of the

authorities regard to their conduct in college premises and N.M.U.Jalgaon rules.

4. Students shall not remain absent for lectures and practical without proper cause and an

application for leave of absence which shall be submitted to the Principal.

5. No students will be allowed to take active part in any political activity, directly or

indirectly, associated with anti-social movement or any activity with the aim of violence.

6. Students should not any way disfigure the premises of the college and hostel building or

tamper with the furniture, electric connections, laboratory apparatus etc.

7. Every student must obtain college Identity Card within a month from the date of

admission otherwise he/she will be subject to penalty of Rs.50

8. Every student must have college identity card with him/her at all times in the college

premises.

9. Students are strictly prohibited to smoke, consume drugs,narcotic,tobacco,Gutkha,drink

alcohol in college premises. Not only this, but if a student, is found in possession of

Narcotic and drugs, he will be liable for punishment under the Mumbai Police Act.1951

10. Ragging and such similar activities are strictly prohibited. Break of these and such other

rules will make the students liable for expulsion from the college.

11. Use of a cell phone is prohibited in the classroom, laboratories & library.

Regarding Maintenance of Discipline & Goods Conduct

1. Every student, during term of course, shall be within the disciplinary jurisdiction of

Competent Authority and the Authority shall take appropriate action, in case of

indiscipline or misconduct on the part of student.

2. Definitions in this Ordinance unless the context otherwise requires.

2.1 “student” means and includes a person who is enrolled as such by the University,

Affiliated College or Recognized institution for receiving instruction and/or qualifying

for any degree or diploma or certificate by the University. This includes External

student also.

2.2 “Instruction” means and includes/ Affiliated college/ Recognized institution as the case

may inclusive of Campus, Hostel, Play Grounds, Laboratory, Libraries, Gymnasium

etc.

2.3 “Competent Authority” for the purposes of this Ordinance means and includes head of

the Teaching Department of the University, Principal of the Affiliated College, Head o

f the Recognized Institution for the concerned students and such other person vested

with the authority by Vice Chancellor for external students, Provided in respect or

misconduct regarding University examination, Executive Council shall only be the

Competent Authority.

3. Obligations of the students :

3.1 Every students shall all times…

3.2 Conduct himself properly.

3.3 Maintain proper behaviour. Observe strict discipline both within the campus of the

Institutions, outside in Buses, Railway trains or at public places or picnic or

Educational Trips arranged by the institution or at Playgrounds also.

3.4 Ensure that no act of his consciously or unconsciously brings the institution or any

establishment authority connected with it into disrepute.

3.5 Shall not lodge any complaint or make any representation regarding any matter

connected with institution to press or other outside institution agency etc. without

forwarding the same through the head of the connected Institutions.

4. Any act of a student which is contrary to the provisions of clause (3) shall constitute

misconduct and or indiscipline which terms shall means and include among others anyone

or more of the act jointly or severally mentioned thereafter namely.

4.1 Act that directly or indirectly causes or attempts to cause disturbance in the l awful

functioning of the institution.

4.2. Habitual un-punctuality in attending lectures, practical, tutorials and other courses

as may be prescribed.

4.3 Canvassing for or accepting contributions or otherwise associating himself with

raising of any fund or any collections in cash or in kind pursuance of any object

whatsoever without the previous sanction of the Competent Authority.

4.4 Occupy of any building such as Hostel room, residential quarter or such other

accommodation the premises owned or hired by the Institution without prior

permission of the Competent Authority.

4.5 Permitting or coming with any person not authorized to occupy any Hostel room.

Residential quarter or any Accommodation or any part there of or of the Institution.

4.6 Securing admission in the institution of any undergraduate or postgraduate or any

other course by fabrication or by suppression of facts or information.

4.7 Obstruction to any student or group of students in his or their legitimate activities a s

such whether in the classroom, laboratories, fields, Play-ground, Gymnasium o r

places of social and cultural activity within the campus of the institution.

4.8 Suppressing material, information of supply of false information to the institution f or

seeking any privilege.

4.9 Possessing or using any firearms, lethal weapons, explosives or dangerous or

corrosive substance on the premises of the Institution.

4.10 Possessing or consuming any poisonous or stupefying drug or intoxicant any

from in the institution.

4.11 Ragging, Bullying or harassing any student in institution or outside there of.

4.12 Indulging in any act as would cause annoyance or embarrassment to any other

student or member of the authorities of the institution or staff-member or any m ember

of the family of the staff.

4.13 Indulging in any act of violence, assault, intimidation or threatening in the

institution or Hostel or outside thereof.

4.14 Destroying or attempting to destroy or tamper with any official record or

document o f the institution.

4.15 Conduct, unbecoming of the student any meeting or special functions or sports a

nd cultural activities arranged by the institution or any other public place.

4.16 Stealing or damaging any farm? produce or any property belonging to the

institution, staff member of the institution or any other student.

4.17 Instigating violence, participating in any violent demonstrations or violent

agitation or violent strike in the institution.

4.18 Instigation or participating in any 'gherao' of official or staff member of the

institution.

4.19 Violation of any of the Rules and Regulation of the institution or orders the

4.21 Disorderly behaviour in any form or any act specifically forbidden by the


4.22 Refusal to appear to give evidence before Enquiry Officer appointed by the

competent Authority with respect to a charge against him.

4.23 Any act violating any provision of the NMU University act, Statues

Ordinances. Rules made there under.

4.24 Conviction in the Court of law for criminal offence involving moral turpitude.

4.25 Any other act not specifically mentioned here before which whether by

commission or omission as would in the circumstances of the case be considered by

the Competent Authority as act of misconduct and/or indiscipline.

5. The competent authority may impose any one or more of the following punishment on the

student found guilty of misconduct or indiscipline proportion there of.

5.1 Warning/Censure/Reprimand

5.2 Fine not exceeding Rs 300/-

5.3 Cancellation of the Scholarship/ award/prize/medal, awarded to the student by t he

concerned institution, with retrospective effect.

5.4 .Expulsion from the concerned institution.

5.5 Debarring from admission to a course or courses of study in the concerned

institution. Debarring from appearing for examination or examinations conducted b y

the institution concerned for a specific period not exceeding five years.

5.6 .Cancellation of the result of the student Concerned in the examination of the

concerned institution in which he has appeared.

5.7 .Restication from institution for the period not exceeding five years.

6. If the Competent authority is satisfied that there is a prima case for inflicting penalties

mentioned in clause No. 5 it may itself or through other person/persons authorized by it for

this purpose shall make inquiry in following manner…

6.1 Due notice in writing shall be given to the student concerned about his alleged actor

misconduct / indiscipline.

6.2 .Student charged shall be required, within 15 days of the notice, to submit his

written representations about such charges.

6.3 .If the student fails to submit his written representation within the specified time

limit the enquiry may be held Ex-party.

6.4 If oral evidence of the witness against student is recorded by the Enquiry Authority,

the student charged shall be given an opportunity to cross examine the witness

concerned.

6.5 If the Student charged desires to see the relevant documents such documents as a re

being taken into consideration or are to be relied upon for the purpose of p roving

the charge or charges may, at the discretion of the Enquiry Authority, be shown to

him after the notice as provided in sub clause (1 ) above if furnished to him.

6.6 .The student charged shall be required to produce documents, if any, in support o f

his defence. The enquiry authority may admit relevant evidence, documentary o r

otherwise, at any stage before the final orders are passed.

6.7 Legal practitioner shall not be allowed to appear on behalf of the student charges i n

the proceedings before the enquiry authority.

6.8 Enquiry authority shall record findings on each implication of misconduct or

indiscipline and the reasons for such findings and submit the report along with

proceedings to the competent authority.

6.9 The competent authority on the basis of findings shall pass such orders as it seems

fit. Provided procedure prescribed above need not be followed and all any o f its

provisions may be waived in the following circumstances. When the student

charged, admits the charges in writing recorded by the enquiry authority, the student

charged shall be given an opportunity to cross examine the witness concerned. ·

When the order of punishment is to be based on facts, which have laid to the conviction

of student charged for the offence involving moral turpitude. If the punishment of rustication is

imposed on a student by Principal of college Head of the institution/ Head of Teaching

Department of the University or such other person to whom the authority vested by the vice-

Chancellor the student shall be entitled to prefer and appeal to the executive council of the

University within thirty days of the receipt of the notice of the punishment.In respect of such

student, Head of the institution shall maintain record ofPunishment.The institution, shall on

each occasion of any punishment being imposed on any student, intimate by a letter to be sent

under certificate of posting the fact of such imposition to the parent or guardian of such student

on address available in the college records.Copy of these rules shall be supplied to each student,

this receipt shall form a part of the record of admission of the student. If any foreign student is

admitted for any course, concerned institution shall send copy of the rules to concerned foreign

embassy and department of external affairs.Students are strictly prohibited to smoke/Consume

Drugs/Tobacco/Gutkha/Alcohol in College Premises. if a student is found in possession of

Narcotics or any type of drugs, he will be liable for punishment under the Mumbai Police Act.

Online admission Instructions for the Academic year 2020-21

1. College prospectus is available on college website (www.acscollegeyawal.org) and

consumer store.

2. Students should read college prospectus carefully.

3. First year admissions will be confirm as per University norms.

4. Student should keep soft copy of passport size photo and hard copy of all required

educational certificates at the time of online submission .

5. Student should keep in mind his/her email address and password.

6. Student is responsible for all information, which is filled up by him/her in the

admission form.

7. Student should fill up admission form online and take print out of the admission form.

8. Student should attach required attested photo copies of the documents with admission form.

9. Student should check admission form and documents by admission committee and take

signature on admission form.

10. After checking the admission form student can submit checked admission form to college

office.

11. College office sends the confirmation massage to the student regarding admission on

his/her mail.

12. After receiving the massage student should submit online admission form directly on

website of the college.

13. After online submission of the admission form student should pay fee and take a receipt

within 48 hours.

14. If the student does not take admission within due time , his /her claim for admission will

be automatically cancelled.

15. Student should read the notices in the college regarding admission time to time.
