ഷിക്കാേഗാ സീേറാമലബാർ രൂപത പുതിെയാരു ദശകത്തി േല കടക്കുേമ്പാൾ ഈ രൂപത ക്നാനായ സമുദായത്തിന് എതര് മാതര്ം പര്േയാജനപര്ദമായി എന്നു വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതു പര്സക്ത മാണ് . കാരണം ഈ രൂപത ഉണ്ടായതാണ് നമ്മുെട സമുദായ ത്തിനു പര്ശ്നമായെതന്നു ഒരുകാലത്തു ചിലർ െതറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കുകയും െതറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കുകയും െച ിരുന്നേലല്ാ.

രൂപതാ സ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുമ്പ് നമുക്ക് എട്ടു മിഷനുകൾ ഉണ്ടാ യിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ അവെയലല്ാം അതാതു പര്േദശങ്ങളിെല ലത്തീൻ രൂപതകളുെട ഭാഗവും ലത്തീൻ രൂപതാദ്ധയ്ക്ഷന്മാരുെട കീഴിലുമായിരുന്നു. അതിനാൽതെന്ന ഓേരാ മിഷെന്റയും അജ പാലന പരിധി അതാതു മിഷെന സ്ഥാപിച്ച രൂപതയുെട അതിരു കളിൽ ഒതുങ്ങുകയും െച ിരുന്നു. ഉദാഹരണമായി ഷിക്കാേഗാ ക്നാനായ മിഷൻ അഭിവന്ദയ് മാർ അങ്ങാടിയാത്തു പിതാവു പുനഃ സ്ഥാപിച്ചേപ്പാൾ അതിെന്റ അതിര് ഷിക്കാേഗാ അതിരൂപത യുേടതിനുമപ്പുറം ഇലല്ിേനായി, ഇൻഡയ്ാനാ, വിേസ്കാൺസിൻ

േസ്റ്ററ്റുകൾ മുഴുവൻ വയ്ാപിപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. അപര്കാരം എലല്ാ വെരയും വിസ്തൃതമായി ഉൾെക്കാള്ളിക്കുവാൻ അേമരിക്ക മുഴുവൻ അജപാലനാധികാരമുള്ള സീേറാമലബാർ െമതര്ാേന കഴിയൂ.

സവ്ന്തമായി പള്ളികൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുവാേനാ ഇടവകകളായി വളരുവാേനാ ആവാത്ത അവസ്ഥയായിരുന്നു സീേറാമലബാർ രൂപതാ സ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുമ്പ് നമുക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. ക്നാനായ ൈവദികെര നമ്മുെട മിഷനുകളിൽ അക്കാലത്തു നിയമിേക്ക ണ്ടത് ലത്തീൻ െമതര്ാന്മാരായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങെന പല െമതര്ാ ന്മാെര ക്നാനായ സമുദായത്തിെന്റ പര്േതയ്കതകെളയും അഭിലാഷ ങ്ങെളയും പറഞ്ഞു േബാദ്ധയ്െപ്പടുത്തി അവെരെക്കാണ്ട് ക്നാനായ ൈവദികരുെട നിയമനം സാധയ്മാക്കുക േകാട്ടയം െമതര്ാന് എളു പ്പമായിരുന്നിലല്. ക്നാനായ മിഷനുകളിൽ നിയമിതരായ ൈവദി കർക്കാകെട്ട, ക്നാനായക്കാർക്കു േവണ്ടിയുള്ള േസവനത്തിൽ ഏെറ പരിമിതിയും നിയന്ത്രണവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇവയിെലലല്ാം വലിയ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുവാൻ നമുക്കു സാദ്ധയ്മായത് ഷിക്കാേഗാ സീേറാമലബാർ രൂപതയും നെമ്മ അറിയാവുന്ന രൂപതാദ്ധയ് ക്ഷനും ഉണ്ടായതാണ് . അതിനു നാം ൈദവേത്താടും ആേഗാള സഭേയാടും കടെപ്പട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

കഴിഞ്ഞ പത്തു വർഷത്തിനകം അേമരിക്കയിെല ക്നാനായ ക്കാർ എട്ടു മിഷനുകളിൽനിന്ന് 19ആയി വളർന്നു. അവയിൽ എട്ടു മിഷനുകൾ പള്ളികൾ വാങ്ങി ഇടവകകളായി. േകാട്ടയം അതിരൂപതയിൽനിന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആറു ൈവദികരുെട േസവ നം 12 ആയി വിപുലെപ്പട്ടു. േലാസാഞ്ചലസിെല വിസിേറ്റഷൻ മഠത്തിനു പുറേമ ഷിക്കാേഗായിലും േകാൺെവന്റ് ഉണ്ടായി. ക്നാനായ ഇടവകകളും മിഷനുകളും, അവ ഇലല്ാത്ത സ്ഥലങ്ങ ളിെല ക്നാനായക്കാരും ഉൾെക്കാള്ളുന്ന ക്നാനായ റീജിയണും നമുക്ക് ഉണ്ടായി. ഹൂസ്റ്റൺ, നയ്ൂേയാർക്ക്, മയാമി, സാൻ െഹാേസ തുടങ്ങിയ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ സവ്ന്തം പള്ളികൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കു വാനുള്ള ശര്മം തുടരുന്നു.

പള്ളികൾ സവ്ന്തമായി ഉണ്ടായി, അനുദിന ദിവയ്ബലിയും വാരാന്തയ്ത്തിെല മതേബാധന കല്ാസ്സുകളും ഭക്തസംഘടനകളും മിനിസ്ട്രികളും കൂടാരേയാഗങ്ങളും തിരുന്നാളുകളും ധയ്ാനങ്ങളും മറ്റ് അജപാലന പര്വർത്തനങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നേതാെട നമ്മുെട സമുദാ യത്തിൽ സംജാതമാകുന്ന ആത്മീയവും ധാർമ്മികവും സാമുദായി കവുമായ വികസനം അത്ഭുതാവഹമാണ് . അതു കൂടുതലായി ഫലമണിയുന്നത് നമ്മുെട കുട്ടികളിലും യുവതീയുവാക്കളിലുമാണ് . അേമരിക്കൻ പള്ളികളിൽ ലഭിക്കാത്ത കുടുംബാന്തരീക്ഷവും അജപാലന പരിശീലനവുമാണ് നാം നമ്മുെട ഇടവകകളിൽ ന ന്നത്.

നമുക്കിനിയും മിഷനുകൾ സ്ഥാപിേക്കണ്ട സ്ഥലങ്ങളുണ്ട്. മിഷനുകൾ പള്ളികൾ വാങ്ങി ഇടവകകളാേകണ്ടതുണ്ട്. ഇടവക കൾ കൂടുതൽ സവ്യം പരയ്ാപ്തതയിെലത്തി സാമ്പത്തിക ബാധയ് തകളിൽനിന്നു വിമുക്തവും സജീവവുമാേകണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അതിനായി അടുത്ത പതിറ്റാണ്ടിൽ നമുക്ക് യത്നിക്കാം. നമ്മുെട അജപാലന വളർച്ചയിൽ നെമ്മ അകമഴിഞ്ഞു സഹായിക്കുന്ന മാർ േജക്കബ് അങ്ങാടിയാത്തു പിതാവിന് ആയുസ്സും ആേരാഗയ്വും േനരുന്നു. നമ്മുെട അജപാലന വളർച്ചയിെല സവ്പ്നങ്ങൾ പൂവണിയിക്കു വാൻ അേദ്ദഹെത്ത ൈദവം ഉപകരണമാക്കെട്ടെയന്നു പര്ാർത്ഥി ക്കുകയും െചയയ്ുന്നു.

ഏവർക്കും കര്ിസ്തുമസിെന്റയും നവവത്സരത്തിെന്റയും ആശം സകൾ ഹൃദയപൂർവവ്ം േനരുന്നു.

The topic and Category details are as follows. You need to select 3 to 5 team members and a team leader. In the timeless self-help classic: "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", the author Dr. Stephen Covey has listed seven habits that are common to all people who achieved success and greatness in life. The

author explains that they achieved their excellence BECAUSE they de-veloped these habits in the first place and fostered them throughout their life. The Seven Habits are: 1. Be Proactive: Take action and be responsible 2. Begin with the end in mind: Consciously plan out and visualize your actions 3. First things first: Set priorities and carry them out 4. Think win-win: In negotiations, seek solutions that help both your-self and the other person 5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood: In communica-tion, listen actively before you talk 6. Synergize: In work, open yourself to others to work effectively in teams 7. Sharpen the Saw: Relax, rejuvenate, and revitalize yourself The first three habits are for Personal Mastery (gaining mastery over oneself), the next three are for Public Mastery (for success in dealings with others) and the 7th Habit is for Continual growth and Sustaining success. Given below is a summary of the first habit and other habits will be dealt in the subsequent articles.

Habit 1: Be Proactive in Life It means recognizing your responsibility to make things happen; to do whatever is in your power to improve your situation. You are only a victim if you allow yourself to be; i.e. if you choose to be reactive rather than proactive. Instead of simply reacting to external forces (Reactive), try to improve your life through things you can influence (Proactive). Use your hard work to change your circumstance and your-self. Choose your response to any situation, and you will find yourself

in control. Exactly where we focus our efforts be-comes important. There may be several con-cerns in our lives and we may not have total control over all of them. Proactive people fo-cus their efforts on the things over which they have influence and by doing so, expand their area of control. Reactive people often focus their efforts on areas of concern over which they have no control. Their complaining and negative energy shrink their area of influence. We have direct control at least over prob-lems caused by our own behaviour. We can solve these problems by changing our habits.
