BI Transformation involved DWH development for Idea Client. It was catering to Prepaid Customers across 22 circles / states in India. The Prepaid Data comprising of both Usage & Non Usage Streams for every circle needed to be incorporated in the Idea - Data warehouse and accordingly reports for the same were

developed. These reports are now being used by Idea Higher level Management for effective decision making in order to include flexibility in analyzing subscriber behavior and capability to enhance revenue through campaign management and cross-selling and up-selling products.
