Air operated bellows valves installed in epitaxial reactor manufactured by Thermco Products Company, Orange, California Zero leakage is required in this Thermco modular concept system involving toxic, explosive, corrosive and hard to hold gases.

NUPRO " B " Series Air Operated, stainless steel Bellows Valves with SWAGELOK Tube Fitting connections were installed throughout this system to provide positive performance required by epitaxial crystal growing which necessitates absolute, accurate mixing of all ingredients.

In addition to Air Operated Valves, NUPRO Fine Metering Valves and Check Valves were used in this installation.
