la- 3629] ubZ fnYyh] cq/okj] flrEcj 12] 2018@Hkkæ 21] 1940 No. 3629] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2018/BHADRA 21, 1940 नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालयनवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालयनवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालयनवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालय अिधसूचनाअिधसूचनाअिधसूचनाअिधसूचना नई �द�ली, 12 िसतबर, 2018 का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. 4787(4787(4787(4787(अअअअ).).).).————यतः के�� सरकार ने अनसूुची म सिमिलत 6 उ#पाद% हतुे �दनांक 05 िसतबर, 2017 के का.आ. 2920 (अ) के तहत ‘सौर +काशवो�टीय, +णािलयाँ, उपकरण और घटक साम4ी (अिनवाय6 पंजीकरण क8 आव:यकता) आदशे, 2017’ जारी �कए थे िजनके +भावी होने क8 तारीख 5 िसतबर, 2018 तय क8 गई और यतः भारतीय मानक Aयूरो (बीआईएस) सिहत िविभB िहतधारक% के साथ िवचार-िवमश6 के उपरा�त उD आदशे के +भावी होने क8 तारीख पहले अथा6त् 16 अ+ैल, 2018 कर दी गई अनुबG अनुसूची म Hम सं. 1-5 के उ#पाद% के िलए िविनमा6ता Jारा Kवतः +माणपL दनेे क8 शत6 पर भारत के राजपL म +कािशत �दनांक 30 मई, 2018 के का.आ. 2183 (अ) के तहत यह अिधसूिचत �कया गया था �क उD आदेश 30 जून, 2018 से +भावी होगा िजसे भारत के राजपL म 13.07.2018 को +कािशत राजपL का.आ. 3449 (अ) के माNयम से 04 िसतबर, 2018 तक बढ़ाया गया। 2. और यतः उRोग ने आदशे के अनुपालन के िलए और अिधक समय मांगा ह ैऔर यतः संबंिधत मुS% पर आदशे के सुचाT काया6�वयन हेतु िहतधारक% के साथ िवचार-िवमश6 �कया गया ह ैएतUारा यह अिधसूिचत �कया जाता ह ै�क �दनांक 30.05.2018 के का.आ. स.ं 2183 (अ) क8 धारा 2 के तहत अिधसिूचत Kव+माणन क8 छूट क8 तारीख को उसम शािमल सभी मद% के िलए 04 िसतबर, 2018 से 20 िसतबर, 2018 तक बढ़ाया जाता ह।ै [फा. सं. 223/140/2017-अनुसंधान और िवकास सम�वय] डॉ. बी.एस. नेगी, सलाहकार/वैXािनक ‘जी’, एमएनआरई

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th September, 2018

S. O. 4787(E).—Whereas the Central Government had issued ''Solar Photovoltaics, Systems, Devices and

Components Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2017'' vide S.O 2920 (E) dated

5th September, 2017 for six products included in the Schedule with the date of coming into force with effect from

5th September, 2018. And whereas, after having discussions with the various stakeholders including the Bureau of

Indian Standards (BIS), the date of coming into force of the said Order was advanced to 16th April, 2018 on the

condition of self-certification by manufacturers for products at Sl. No. 1-5 in the schedule annexed to the same order

applicable till 30th

June, 2018 published in Gazette of India notified on 30th

May, 2018 vide S.O. 2183 (E), which was

further extended to 4th

September, 2018 vide S.O. 3449 (E) published in Gazette of India on 13.07.2018.

2. And whereas, the industry has sought more time for compliance to the order and whereas the issues involved

have been discussed with the stakeholders for smooth implementation of the order, it is hereby notified that the date of

self-certification relaxation notified vide Clause 2 of S.O. No. 2183 (E) dated 30.05.2018 stands extended to

20th September, 2018 from 4th

September, 2018 for all items mentioned therein.
