System Back management. ( Both ATCA MGW / MSS ) CD up-gradation of core nodes. Fault management & configuration Management to improve KPI. RNC/BSC connectivity:- Link, route, SCCP, TG creation, E1/Ater augmentation, etc. Shelf expansion for ATCA MSS and MGW depending upon traffic growth. BIOS up gradation, eSW up gradation on ATCA blades.
HLR : Daily health checkup including alarms monitoring and rectification. Involving in Troubleshooting & support of HLRs. Debugging of Hardware. Responsible for sync clock distribution to all the MSS/GCS/MGW/HLR/GMSC/STP. Used Tektronix K12 Protocol analyzer / Wire shark for tracing and resolving issues. Signaling System Management (ISUP, BSSAP, SCCP, MAP, and H.248) and troubleshooting. Faulty Hardware monitoring and rectification. SCCP traffic migration for E.164 & E.214 (NP 1 & NP 7). Announcement (System, IN) configuration and handling. BTSOL STP traffic handling and optimization ( Both Voice & SCCP ) Installation, IMPLEMENTATION OF VAS SERVERS AT SWITCH
1- Ensure required Network Configuration for SMS traffic flow in all concerned nodes of Bharti Network and other operator’s network. 2- Configuration of SMSC (Application, Bulk, Front End, Back End), SRBT and new features.3- Responsible for circle WSMS.4- VAS IVR configuration & Testing.
Routing – Own level, CMTO, MSRN, NLD, ILD, Toll free, Short codes, PRI, L1, L2 , Emergency services etc.
Call center traffic handing, routing and trouble shooting for Both Avaya-IVR & Wipro MGW-Agent. ( Time based , Percentage based , DNIS based as per customer requirement )
CDR flow. Handling customer complaints. New level definition in core nodes for own level series.
STP : Daily health checkup including alarms monitoring and rectification. Integration of new nodes. GT- Route addition/modification/deletion as per requirement. ( MTP routing ) New feature implementation.
One-NDS : Alarms monitoring and rectification. Processing raw PM Report’s data to get TPS count daily. NDS-HLR connectivity build-up, LDAP & database creation/modification. Acceptance Testing for One-NDS. Taking regular backup of DXA/NDS, including emergency backup. Handling care & emergency cases in co-ordination with Care team. Fixing dirty subscribers post DUAL-PRIMARY situation. Handling subscriber management in co-ordination with RA/Provisioning team.
SGSN : Daily health checkup including alarms monitoring and rectification. Implementation of Gb Over IP. LAC definition post re-homing. Responsible for location update in SGSN ( Both Own customer & In roamer-Nat & Int ) GT Routing , Route addition/modification as per requirement.( For Traffic handling ) Roaming Scenario configuration / Testing / Customer Complaints. IR-35 testing for Commercial GPRS Roaming launches. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Taking regular backups and doing Preventive Maintenance activities of all Packet Core
Testing for all roaming activities in the Circle and Supports for all interconnect activities in the Circle:- IREG
Ensure Network Configuration for roaming in HLR , MSS and SGSN ( National, International , Inter circle Roamer ) for both Direct & Indirect Tie-up.
Ensure Performance of IREG testing on all services GSM (IR24), CAMEL (IR32), 3G, 3.5G, (CS and PS).
Ensure circulation of IR documents for any changes in network & required for IREG Testing.
Troubleshoot on IREG/Network Issues (identify though SS7 traces, the node in the network that is at fault, should an IREG test fail or a roaming fault be reported to the roaming partners).
Monitoring of Daily In-roamer & Out-roamer count. ( National , International , ICR ) Involving other network team like – Roam-ware, JDSU, Comviva, etc for Troubleshooting
of Network related complaints (CRMS Tools) like Location update, MO-MT call / SMS issue & Data Issue while roaming.
IR21 implementation in roaming database. Ensure Network Configuration for all inter-connect activities. Escalate issues to Network Planning if required. Coordinate IREG Activities with partners and Client teams (including Tests scheduling
and SIM exchange) Providing support and persuasion for resolving any interconnect issues.
