1) BHUSHAN POWER AND STEEL LTD. ; (ORISSA) :-Bhushan Power having total capacity 506MW thermal power plant in Shambhalpur Distt. (Orissa). Currently I am working here as an “Engineer (Electrical)” under 3X130MW Thermal Power Plant from 25/05/2013 to Till Date.

RESPONSIBILITIES -: Responsible to take care of the day to day shift routine jobs, preventive and breakdown

maintenance. Handle service delivery operations and preventive maintenance and Installations and

testing of various types Transformers 150MVA Generator transformers(GT), 110MVA Unit Auxiliaries Transformers (UAT), and 16MVA Unit transformers, 2MVA Station transformers(SAT), installation of control transformer, and well known about its protection & protection relay checking like Buchholz relay, MOG, PRV, WTI, OTI etc.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of 33KV HT switchgear ABB make HPA Sf6 Circuit breaker (up to 36KV, 1200A), 6.6KV Switchgear ABB make VD4 Vacuum Circuit Breaker circuit breaker (up to 12KV, 1250A), different type HT & LT motors maintenance and its protection, LV breakers (ACB), Generators change over panel, Motors starters (DOL, RDOL, Star-Delta), VFD panel and able to interpret AC circuits and wiring diagram.

Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance and Monitoring of 220KV and 400KV Switchyard. Maintenance of plant UPS & BATTERY Bank, Inverters, Battery Charger (up to 1000A).

Inspection of all Emergency equipment (DG-Set, Battery Charger and battery bank) during operation and analyzing their performance, checking and analysis of battery’s healthiness.

Synchronizing to grid & Auto Changeover schemes with Incomers & Bus coupler, DG set. Playing active role in cable tray laying, Cable laying scheduling, Cable Glanding &

Termination scheduling. Well known about SAP application, updated all maintenance activity on SAP. Updating daily and monthly generation reports (which includes daily generation reports,

breakdown hours, Generator and motor’s parameters, keep vibration and temperature record of electrical equipment, important activities done during month, updating maintenance report) and reporting to Plant V.P.

2) BR OTHERS ENGINEERING AND ERECTORS LTD. ; (CHHATTISGARH) :-I have done job as an “Executive Engineer (Electrical)” in Brothers Engineering & Erectors Ltd. (BEEL) who is installed Generator Auxiliaries & Turbine Auxiliaries at the project site of 6X600MW KSK Mahanadi Thermal Power Project (KMPCL) at Chhattisgarh. From 10/04/2012 to 05/05/2013.

RESPONSIBILITIES -: Handle Project, Erection, Commissioning, and Maintenance related work to electrical as

well as of Power Plant. Erection & Commissioning of Turbine & Boiler auxiliary i.e. (CEP, CW, CCW, PA-FAN, SA-

FAN, ID-FAN, and all H.T and L.T motors (up to 880kw), and its control circuit. Erection & Commissioning of i.e. Chemical dozing motor, ESP Raping and collecting

motors, RSB and LRSB motor, Coal feeder Motor, coal conveyor motors, flap gate motors etc. Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Installation, control and power wiring, parameter setting and testing

order to take corrective and preventive action. Responsible to maintain the different preventive checklists of the equipment maintenance.
