SOOD KI HURMAT(in the light of Quran & Sahi Hadiths)

"My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance]. And ease for me my task. And untie the knot from my tongue. That they may understand my speech”

Quran o Sunnah SOOD KI HURMAT

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you “[Al Quran: Surah e Al Imran 3:103]

"O my Lord! advance me in knowledge."

Quran o Sunnah Al Quran: 2:278 و تو جتنا سود باقی ر گیا اس کو چھوڑ دو ہےمومنو! خدا س ڈرو اور اگر ایمان رکھت ہ ہ ے ے

O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and give up what remains of your demand for usury, if ye are indeed believers. If ye do it not, Take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger: But if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly. If the debtor is in a difficulty, grant him time Till it is easy for him to repay. But if ye remit it by way of charity, that is best for you if ye only knew. And fear the Day when ye shall be brought back to Allah. Then shall every soul be paid what it earned, and none shall be dealt with unjustly. Al Quran: 278 -281

Sunan Ibne Maja: Volume No. 2: Hadith 2275

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood (ra) bayan karte hein k Hazoor pbuh ne farmaya:

Sood k 73 darje (levels) hein sab se kam tar darja us guna k misal hy k koi apni maan (mother) k sath nikkah kare. Aur sab se bar kar sood kisi Muslim ki abro rezi kare.

(Sunan Ibne Maja: Volume No. 2, Hadith Number 2275, Hakam: 2/38)

Hazrat Ibne Masood (ra) se rawyet hy k RasoolUllah pbuh ne farmaya:

Jo b sood (ka lein dein) ziyda karta hy us ka anjaam maal ki kami ki soorat mein zahir hota hy.

(Sunan Ibne Maja: Volume No. 2, Hadith Number 2279)

Hazrat Ibne Masood (ra) bayan karte hein:

Rasoolullah pbuh ne sood khane, khilaane, us k gawah (witness) aur likhne wale (sab) par lehnat farmayi hy.

(Sunan Aabu Dauwd: Volume No. 3, Hadith Number 3333, Sahi Muslim: 1598, Sahi Bukhari: 2086)

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar (ra) se question huva k eik shaksh ka miyaad qarz kisi par ata ho qarzdaar ye kahey ye muj se kuch kam kar k naqad (cash) le le aur qarazdaar us par razi ho jaye to Abdullh bin Umar (ra) ne us ko makrouh jana aur us se mana kya.

(Mota Imam Malik, Hadith Number 1363)Hazrat Ibne Umar (ra) se rawayet hy k mein ne Rasoolullah pbuh ko ye farmate hoye suna hy k:

Jab tum enaa ki tajarat karne lago ge, belon ki dumein pakar lo ge, razahat o kheti bari ko pasand karne lago ge aur Jehad ko tark kar do ge to (us waqat) ALLAH tum par zilat o khaari mosalat kar de ga. Us (zilat) ko tum se us waqat tak door nhi kare ga jab tak tum apne deen ki taraf palat nhi ao ge

(Sunan Aabu Dauwd: Volume No. 3, Hadith Number 3462 (Sheikh Al Bani ne ese sahi qaraar diya hy)

[Allāh praises] those who convey the messages of Allāh and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allāh. And sufficient is Allāh as Accountant.Chapter /Surah 033 - 033- Al-Ahzâb. Ayat/Verse :39
