Clomipramine Cholinergic dysfunction: incidence study

Adverse effects of clomipramine were assessed in 10 healthy volunteers treated with clomipramine 50 mgj day for 3 weeks followed by 100 mgj day for a further 3 weeks .

Clomipramine produced a dose­dependent reduction in HR variation . at rest and standing . pupillary light reflex latency and salivation .
