2. e-Aushadhi Web Portal (સોફ્ટ્ર) ના ઊપયોગ રાટ�

જ�ુર� છ્.

4. e-Aushadhi સોફ્ટ્ર ના ઊપયોગ કરટા રાટ� Firefox નો જ ઉપયોગ કરટાનો રહ�શ્.

અનય ાઉરરરા ંe-Aushadhi Web Portal (સોફ્ટ્ર) સપપટ ર�ત્ દ�ખાશ્ નહ�.

5. દર�ક U-PHC / CHC/ District Hospital, Sub - District Hospital ફાળટટારા ંઆટ્લ

પોતાના User ID અન્ Password ��ુબ Login કરટા�ુ ંરહ�શ્.

Login Form:-

Step 1:- Enter ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’, and then click on ‘Login’ button.

Step2:- Go to Path: Inventory Mgmt-> Services-> Quality Control mgmt-> Quality Inspection Issue D N C Act

Step 3:- Check your store name and fill in other details here, and Press Save Button.
