Reactions 1514, p28 - 16 Aug 2014 Lercanidipine/enalapril Dry cough: case report An observational study of 186 patients identified a patient [age and sex not stated] experiencing dry cough following therapy with lercanidipine/enalapril [route, dosage and duration of therapy to reaction onset not stated]. The patient with a history of hypertension was initiated on lercanidipine/ enalapril (10mg/20mg). Subsequently, the patient experienced persistent dry cough [outcome not stated]. Author comment: "The objective of the study was to assess the efficacy and safety of a Lecarnidipine-Enalapril Fixed-Dose Combination (FDC) for the treatment of Hypertension (HT)."
