Quinapril

Pemphigus: case reportApproximately 2 months after starting treatment with

quinapril 20 mg/day [therapeutic indication not stated], a54-year-old man developed a skin reaction. Skin biopsyfindings showed IgG and complement fragment C3 deposits inthe interkeratinocytic spaces of the epidermis, consistent withpemphigus, and quinapril was stopped.
