General Situation: The province of Ifugao, Mt Province, Benguet including Baguio City are still under PSWS #3 and experiencing intermittent rainshowers. Apayao is under PSWS# 1 with cloudy skies. Abra is under PSWS# 2 with light rain showers. Kalinga is under PSWS #2 with cloudy skies.  BENGUET o Power is restored in some municipalities. o Small scale mining operation is suspended. o La Trinidad: One (1) family of four (4) was evacuated to Puguis Elementary School from Sitio Toyong, Pico due to flooding. o Tuba: Jomar Salicong (22 y/o) was pronounced dead by the Baguio General Hospital after accidentally being covered by landslide while clearing canal debris along Poblacion, Cabuyao Road, Tuba Benguet. o Philex Mining Corporation – continuous monitoring of tailing storage facility number 3  Baguio City o With reported several fallen trees o One (1) house was covered by a landslide (at around 9:20 AM) at Purok 2, Irisan, Baguio City with no casualty reported. o Flash flooding was reported at City Camp Lagoon and affected families were brought to nearby evacuation center.  IFUGAO o There were reported fallen trees and damaged houses. This concern has been addressed by LGUs. o With reported province wide power outage since 4 AM, Ifugao Electric Cooperative (IFUELCO) is addressing the problem. o LAGAWE: GLOBE telecom signal is down as of 8AM. o Two houses were partially damaged due to fallen trees and strong winds. o Series of road closures reported o TINOC: at around 6 AM, John Pateyec incurred a traumatic injury after being covered by a landslide at Sitio Tamangan, Gumhang Tinoc , Cordillera Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Civil Defense – Cordillera Administrative Region

A. General Situation:

• The province of Ifugao, Mt Province, Benguet including Baguio City are stillunder PSWS #3 and experiencing intermittent rainshowers.

• Apayao is under PSWS# 1 with cloudy skies.
