Role

Worked as Faculty Head for VLCC Training Institute, Aligarh.

Working with all the faculty to devise the agenda for the training program and launch it.

Sole communication channel between the faculty and the higher management, and taking care for the growth

of the faculty along with institute’s growth.

Handled projects coming from different organizations into VLCC as project head.

Initiated and complete all the make-up courses conducted in the institute.

Check and monitor the progress of every student from time to time.

Conduct workshops for the students to help them implement their learning into practice.

Conduct exams and different evaluation methodologies from time to time.

Conduct all the grooming classes for students of the institute.

Achievements Build the entire institute from 2 students in the pioneer batch to a strength of 70 students that stands today,

thereby generating a turnover of average of 30 lakhs every year only from student training and mentoring.
