SapeTel Quick Messaging Provisioning Tool is a solution intended for a message-

service operator. It manages users of new voice messaging service and migrates

users from earlier service to new service. It is used by BSS (Business Support Service)

agents. Using this tool, BSS users can manage customers of the new voice

messaging service and also migrates existing customers of the text messaging

service to the new service.
