Abstract: Cup Therapy for Reducing pain in Patients with Primary Headache. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of dry cupping therapy to reduction pain in patients with primary headache. This study is a pre-experimental study with one type of group pre-test and post-test design without a control group. Given the group of subjects observed before the intervention, then again after intervention observation. Sample of 32 respondents were obtained through incidental sampling technique. The data was collected by observation through the interview sheet using a numeric pain scale. Based on statistical tests performed using the Wilcoxon test (p
