Monitored servers from different locations. Keeping check of their uptime, disk reports and run checks. 

Worked as the Queue Manager and assigned incidents to the team members. 

Installed Microsoft patches and doing monthly patching every month, on several servers from different locations- manually, through scripts. 

Used Shavlik tool to schedule patches and perform the patching activity.

Built, installed and configured numerous virtual machines using VMware - Vsphere client.

Installed physical servers using ILO card.
