For myself along with my retinue, for Dharmapractitioners, and for the limitless forces of 

good, may all harmful enemies, obstructions,elemental spirits, and non-human [negative]

forces be repelled! May they be subdued!

May all adverse conditions and obstacles berepelled! May they be dispersed! May we be

protected from them!

May all sickness demons, death demons,destruction demons, horse demons, scatteringdemons, year demons, month demons, week demons, speech demons, and all evil demons

be repelled!

Furthermore, may we protected from all sidesfrom all evil demons! May they be repelled!

May the be pacified!

For myself along with my retinue, may allcontagious diseases, harmful spirits, sorcery,cursing spirits, sudden illnesses, punishment

from kings, evil forces, injury, sicknessdemons, death demons, time demons, old agedemons, youth demons, adult demons, yeardemons, month demons, week demons, hour

demons, seventh-year obstacle demons,external harm, the three hundred and sixty

harmful spirits, the forty-one thousand adverseconditions, the eighty-one harms that come

from non-conducive bad omens, and all roughand cruel ones be vanquished! May they berepelled! May the be overcome! May we be

protected from them! May they be defeated!

“The qualities of reciting in this way areinconceivable; [if one does so,] one will be

freed from demonic harm.”

The Transcendent and Accomplished Conquerorgave instruction with those words, and the
