As the coordinator between CII central committee and various internal departments and my job is to provide conference back up to the internal departments. My responsibility consists of venue Selection, vendor selection, and invoice processing and post event closures.

Project Assistant | July 2013 - May 2014

The core responsibility at CII- Food and Agriculture Center of Excellence (FACE) was to plan and organize the one of the largest Agricultural Exhibition cum fair Krishi Vasant 2014 organized by Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. Of India along with Maharashtra Government.

My role required a direct liaison between Joint Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and other National Research Institutes along with Food and Agriculture Industry for strategy approval and space selling to industry members.

Other roles and responsibilities:

Vendor selection and price negotiation for website development and printing material. Handling the team of support staff in Delhi office and travailing to Mumbai, CII (WR) for other

closures. On ground responsibilities includes allotment of space, direction of hall and overall responsibility

of exhibition with customer satisfaction. Other programs accomplished during the tenure were Dairy summit 2013, FSQ Awards 2013,

US AID Programs.
