Quinapril

Angioneurotic oedema: case reportOn the second day of treatment with quinapril 10 mg/day, a

52-year-old woman with arterial hypertension developedangioneurotic oedema.

The patient experienced moderate respiratory difficulty,oedema of her face and lips and facial redness.Dexchlorpheniramine was administered parenterally and hersymptoms resolved.
