Reactions 494 - 26 Mar 1994 Quinapril Angioneurotic oedema: case report On the second day of treatment with quinapril 10 mg/day, a 52-year-old woman with arterial hypertension developed angioneurotic oedema. The patient experienced moderate respiratory difficulty, oedema of her face and lips and facial redness. Dexchlorpheniramine was administered parenterally and her symptoms resolved.
