ಆದದ್ರಿಂದ, “ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೆಟೊರ್ೕದ ಪರ್ಭಾವ ವಲಯ” ದ ಲ್ ಹೊಸ ರಚನೆಗಳ ನಿಮಾರ್ಣ, ಬೋರೆ ವ್ಲ್ಗಳ ಕೊರೆಯು ಕೆ/ಉರು ಸು ಕೆ/ ಮಾಪಾರ್ಡುಗಳು/ ಅ ತ್ತವ್ದ ಲ್ರುವ ರಚನೆಗಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನುನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೆಟೊರ್ೕ ರೈಲು ನಿಗಮ ನಿಯಮಿತದ ಪೂವಾರ್ನುಮತಿಯಿಲಲ್ದೆ ಕೈಗೊಳುಳ್ವಂತಿಲಲ್.

ಈ ಪರ್ಭಾವ ವಲಯದ ಲ್ನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನುನ್ ಕೈಗೊಳಳ್ಲು BDA, BBMP ಮತುತ್ ನಂತಹ BWSSB ಸಂಸೆಥ್/ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಸಹ ಮೆಟೊರ್ೕ ರೈಲು ನಿಗಮ ನಿಯಮಿತದಿಂದ ನಿರಾ ೇಪಣಾ ಪರ್ಮಾಣ ಪತರ್ವನುನ್ (NOC) ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ಕಡಾಡ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತತ್ದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೆಟೊರ್ೕದ ಮಾಗರ್ಗಳ “ಪರ್ಭಾವ ವಲಯದ” ಮಾ ತಿಯನುನ್ ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್. .ಎಲ್ ಸಂಸೆಥ್ಯ ಅಂತರ್-ಜಾಲದಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
