Worked as a Junior Engineer in P.S.G & SONS’ CHARITIES Metallurgy & Foundry Division, Coimbatore. From August-2004 to July-2007.

Worked as a Senior Application & Sales Engineer in JS Engineers, Chennai (Dealer of L&T ISCAR Cutting tool product) from Feb-2008 to Sep -2009.

Presently Working as an Application & Sales Manager –South Div in Anand Teknow Aids Engineering India Ltd, (Distributor for LAMINA Cutting Tool Product) from Sep 2009 .

Job profile in P.S.G & SONS’ CHARITIES Metallurgy & Foundry Division :

Development of new components based on the customer requirement like patters / core box. Verification of modeling before making the pattern and support the shop floor activity like molding / melting. In house management and final component approval for production. New customer development and generating enquiry.

Roles and responsibilities in PSG FOUNDRY & Machining Div:

Development of Patterns, Castings & Machining components.

Layout Inspection of Rough castings and Machined Components.

Supporting shop floor activities.

ACHIVEMENTS :

By using of New tool implementation, Component (M/s Mando brakes, PAI rear caliper) Cycle time has been reduced from 4min 35 sec to 2 min 43 sec and No of Tools has been reduced from 8 to 5 Nos.

By changing of parameter productivity has been increased from 12% to 37% in M/s Switzer Instruments in Chennai at SS 404 Material which has heavy Interrupted cut.

By introducing new tool we are increasing tool life and reducing cycle time & productivity.

We were eliminating 7 Milling Machines (disc path milling) by using of New Process & Tool implementation at M/s Mando Brakes, Chennai

By using of new type (Insert type) reamer in Master Cylinder Component, we are reducing Cost per Component and reducing finishing (Ra/ Rmax) value and increased Productivity.

In M/s Rane Trw at Chennai, we have increased Tool life to double in Housing Shoulder Milling through new tool implementation.
