We organized below big community events to bring together for a change, to interact, learn and grow. 1. Skills development workshop opening event2. Swachh Bharat Through traditional folk art3. Community event- To distribute workshop completion certifications4. Community event- Dial your village team field visit We got government certificate on tailoring course, on that they can get bank loan of 50,000 thousand rupees and also bigger loans more than 2 lakhs for a new start up if they have a business plan. Our commitment & hard work is opening many opportunities to communities. We got Rockwell industries ltd to set-up a call-center office in the same location where we organizing women empowerment workshops. This company started the hiring process to offer part-time or full time jobs for many women in phase wise those who studied at least 10th class. But unfortunately this project is on hold from client slide. Our tailoring skills development workshop is helping all the women stitching their own family dresses; it saves them at least 3000-5000 Rs per year. Few of them working in boutique shops, and some of them using their skills to earn money working from home, and some of them are ready to take loan from the banks to self-support them. We gave them knowledge for nearly 200 people about school issues, challenges and the role of the parents to create better schools. We organized a workshop with 40 women on how to make everyday households products at home for very cheap, like Herbal shampoos, liquid-soaps, Washing powders etc. After this workshop many women making these products by themselves at home, and ready to sell others in the community, it is saving significant amount of money monthly.
