Veolia Water, Indianapolis Software/ IT Intern June August 2010 Implemented encryption/decryption algorithm for business files using PGP in FTP script. Worked with a team to complete data mining, data mapping and programming of files to implement the Polaris

project. Collaborated with employees from the other offices all over North America to train and effectively implement the

project.

Communication Links , Mumbai Software Engineering Intern May - August 2008 Created, implemented and installed Web filters and Spam filters for servers in their various businesses. Assisted in the testing and implementation of softwares for security breaches of Windows and Linux. Provided on-site technical assistance with web filtering and antivirus products.

Developed a marketing campaign for the forums and presided over the forums throughout the year.Information Technology Student Advisory Committee, Senior Chair August 2008 2009 Organized callouts, interview and recruitment phases for the committee. Work with a team to update blogs, committee drafts, and facilitate discussions about Purdue IT. Lead students and Purdue staff to implement IT products and services.

Boiler Gold Rush (Student Orientation) Team Supervisor; Team Leader August 2008 - 2010 Conducted interviews and effectively assisted in the recruitment, selection and training of volunteer TeamLeaders. Conducted various icebreakers, team builders and energizers to encourage group to work together effectively. Addressed concerns of incoming freshman from diverse cultural backgrounds through group discussion. Achieved over 95% attendance by motivating group members to participate in scheduled events which is 25%higher than the average rate.
