याजबाषा सॊगठन, किसी अन्म विबाग िी तयह ही भॊडर स्तय ऩय भॊडर येर प्रफॊधि िे नेततृ्ि भें िामय ियता है. कपरहार श्री एस एस सोइन, भॊडर येर प्रफॊधि है.

प्रशासननि ननमॊत्रण अऩय भॊडर येर प्रफॊधि िा होता है जजन्हें अऩय भुख्म याजबाषा अधधिायी िहा जाता है. श्री एच आय सोनी, अऩय भॊडर येर प्रफॊधि औय अऩय भुख्म याजबाषा अधधिायी है. हहॊदी अनुबाग िा सॊयचनात्भि ढाॊचा ननम्न प्रिाय है :-

नाॊदेड भॊडर ऩय एि याजबाषा अधधिायी िा ऩद है औय कपरहार श्री अब्दरु भतीन इस ऩद ऩय िामययत है. इनिे सहामताथय एि याजबाषा अधीऺि, एि हहॊदी सहामि गे्रड –I औय दो हहॊदी सहामि गे्रड –II िे ऩद है. कपरहार हहॊदी सहामि गे्रड –II िे दो ऩद रयक्त है.

नाॊदेड भॊडर ऩय याजबाषा िा िामायन्िमन्-

नाॊदेड भॊडर िी बौगोलरि जस्थनत अनूठी है अथायत याजबाषा ननमभ 1976 िे अनुसाय मह भॊडर तीनों ऺेत्र “ि”, “ख” औय “ग” िा सॊगभ स्थर है. इस भॊडर ऩय जस्थत िुर 80 स्टेशनों भें से 04 भध्म प्रदेश भें है, 72 भहायाष्ट्र याज्म औय शषे 04 आॊध्र प्रदेश याज्म भें है .

इस भॊडर ऩय याजबाषा िी प्रगनत ननम्न प्रिाय है :-

भॊडर याजबाषा िामायन्िमन सलभनत िे अरािा हहॊदी िे िामायन्िमन िो भॉननटय ियने िे लरए 09 याजबाषा िामायन्िमन उऩ सलभनतमाॉ है.

1 नाॊदेड स्टेशन 2 अहदराफाद स्टेशन 3 ऩूणाय (धचकित्सा) 4 ऩूणाय (रोिो) 5 सेर ूस्टेशन 6 जारना स्टेशन

7 औयॊगाफाद स्टेशन 8 अिोरा 9 खॊडिा इस भॊडर ऩय िुर 07 ऩुस्तिारम है औय इन ऩुस्तिारमों भें िुर 7283 ऩुस्तिें उऩरब्ध है. इनिे नाभ प्रलसध्द हहॊदी साहहत्मिायों िे नाभ ऩय यखे गमे हैं जो ननम्नप्रिाय है :-

हहॊदी प्रलशऺण :-

सबी अधधिायी औय प्रशासननि तथा ऩरयचारननि िभयचायी हहॊदी भें प्रलशक्षऺत है . हहॊदी टाइवऩॊग एिॊ आशुलरवऩ प्रलशऺण : चूॊकि मह भॊडर नमा है अत् इस भॊडर ऩय िेिर दो टाइवऩस्ट िामययत है औय दोनों ही टाइवऩस्ट िॊ प्मूटयों ऩय हहॊदी भें िामय ियते हैं. सबी 06 आशुलरवऩि हहॊदी आशुलरवऩ भें

प्रलशक्षऺत है औय इनभें से 05 आशुलरवऩि अऩना दैनॊहदन िामय ननमलभत रुऩ से हहॊदी भें िय यहे हैं. िुर स्टेशन :- नाॊदेड भॊडर ऩय 80 स्टेशन है जजसिा ब्रेि -अऩ ननम्नप्रिाय है “ि” ऺेत्र 04 स्टेशन “ख” ऺेत्र 72 स्टेशन “ग” ऺेत्र 04 स्टेशन

सबी 80 स्टेशन सॊचारन ननमभों िा हहॊदी अनुिाद िय लरमा गमा है औय इसिी एि प्रनत सबी स्टेशनों भें उऩरब्ध ियाई गई है औय अॊगे्रजी स्टेशन सॊचारन ननमभों िो सॊशोधधत किए जाने ऩय उसी सभम इनिा हहॊदी अनुिाद बी किमा जाता है. हहॊदी िामयशारा :- याजबाषा िामायन्िमन िे लरए िावषयि िामयक्रभ भें ननधायरयत किए गए रक्ष्म िे अनुसाय वऩछरे िषय िे दौयान 02 गहन औय 03 रघु िामयशाराएॊ चराई गई. इन िामयशाराओॊ िे भाध्मभ से िभयचारयमों िी हहॊदी भें िाभ ियने िे झझझि िो दयू किमा जाता है औय उनिे सयिायी िाभिाज भें हहॊदी िा प्रमोग ियने िे लरए उन्हें प्रोत्साहहत किमा जाता है. हहॊदी भें तिनीिी सेलभनाय्-

इस भॊडर िे बौगोलरि ऺेत्र औय िभयचारयमों िे साथ साथ आभ जनता िी रुधच िो ध्मान भें यखते हुए सॊयऺा िे विलबन्न ऩहरुओॊ ऩय येरिे स्टेशनों मा सभऩाय पाटिों ऩय प्रत्मेि भाह भें िभ से िभ 01 सॊयऺा सेलभनाय हहॊदी भें आमोजजत किमा जाता है . िबी-िबाय सॊयऺा िे भहत्ि िो येखाॊकित ियते हुए हहॊदी ि भयाठी भें नुक्िड नाटि बी आमोजजत किए जाते हैं.

सुप्रलसध्द साहहत्मिायों िी जमॊनतमाॉ भनाना :- प्रधान िामायरम द्िाया जायी िी गई िामय मोजना िे अनुसाय इस भॊडर ऩय सुप्रलसध्द साहहत्मिायों िी जमॊनतमाॉ भनाई जाती है.

याजबाषा सप्ताह :- हहॊदी िे प्रनत रुधच िो फढाने िे लरए औय अधधिारयमों तथा िभयचारयमों िो हहॊदी भें िाभ ियने िे लरए प्रोत्साहहत ियने हेत ुइस भॊडर ऩय प्रनतिषय याजबाषा सप्ताह भनामा जाता है. इस िषय मह सभायोह “याजबाषा ऩखिाडा” िे रुऩ भें भनामा गमा.

इस सभायोह िे बाग िे रुऩ भें भॊडर िामायरम िे अरािा इस भॊडर िे विभिन्न महत्िपूर्ण स्टेशनों पर हहॊदी ननफॊध, हहॊदी िाि्, हटप्ऩण औय प्रारुऩ रेखन तथा स्भनृत प्रनतमोधगताएॊ आमोजजत िी गई, ताकि अऩने सयिायी िाभिाज भें रुिािट िे त्रफना इन प्रनतमोधगताओॊ भें अधधि से अधधि िभयचायी बाग रे सिें .

इस अिधध िे दौयान विशषे टेफर रेननॊग िामयक्रभ िा बी आमोजन किमा गमा. विशषे प्रमास : याजबाषा ऩखिाड े िे बाग िे रुऩ भें हदनाॊि 26.9.2011 िो फार उद्मान , येरिे

िॉरोनी, भॊडर िामायरम ऩरयसय भें, एि विशार हहॊदी िवि सम्भेरन िा आमोजन किमा गमा. इस िाव्म सॊध्मा िे अिसय ऩय भॊडर येर प्रफॊधि /नाॊदेड, भुख्म अनतधथ थे. भॊडर िे 05 अधधिायी औय इतनी ही सॊख्मा भें

फाहयी िविमों ने अऩनी िविताओॊ औय शामरयमों िे भाध्मभ से इस सॊध्मा िो एि अविस्भयणीम फनामा. इस अिसय ऩय रगबग 300 व्मजक्त उऩजस्थत थे जजसभें भुख्मत् येर िभयचायी औय उनिे ऩरयिायजन शालभर थे.

हहॊदी ऩखिाडा सभायोह िे दौयान एि जक्िज प्रोग्राभ िा बी आमोजन किमा गमा जजसभें अधधिारयमों िी 06 टीभों औय िभयचारयमों िी 20 टीभों न े ऩूये जोश से बाग लरमा.

स्थानीम प्रनतबा द्िाया विलबन्न सॊस्िृनति गनतविधधमों िे भाध्मभ स ेअऩनी प्रनतबा िा प्रदशयन किमा जाता है जैस े26 जनियी, 15 अगस्त , येर सप्ताह सभायोह, याजबाषा सप्ताह, सतिय ता जागरुिता सप्ताह आहद.

याजबाषा सॊगठन द्िाया जून 2009 से ननफायध रुऩ से प्रत्मेि भाह “अजॊता दऩयण” नाभि

गहृ ऩत्रत्रिा प्रिालशत िी जा यही है जजसभें इस भॊडर िी उऩरजब्धमों औय गनतविधधमों िो हहॊदी िे भाध्मभ से सॊप्रेवषत किमा जाता है औय मह येर ऩरयिाय िे सबी सदस्मों ति ऩहुॊचाई जाती है. इसे हय भाह अऩ रोड किमा जाता है जजसे नाॊदेड भॊडर िे िेफ साइट ऩय देखा जा सिता है.

About us

Rajbhasha Organisation like any other department is headed by the Divisional

Railway Manager at the divisional level. Currently, Sri S.S.Soin is the DRM.

The administrative control lies with the Additional Divisional Railway Manager

called as Apar Mukhya Rajbhasha Adhikari. Sri H.R.Soni is the ADRM & AMRA.

The organisational structure of Hindi Section is as follows:-

In Nanded Division there is one post of Rajbhasha Adhikari and the present

incumbent is Sri Abdul Mateen, assissted by one Rajbhasha Supdt. One Hindi Asstt.

Gr.I and two Hindi Asstts. Gr.II . At present two posts of Hindi Asstts. Gr.II are lying

vacant.

Implementation of Rajbhasha on Nanded Division

The Geographical position of Nanded Division is Unique in a way, since as per the

Official Languages Rule 1976 it is the confluence of all the three Regions, “A” . ”B”,”C ”.

Out of the total 80 Stations situated on this Division, 04 are in Madhya Pradesh, 72 in

Maharashtra, and remaining 04 in Andhra Pradesh.

The progress of Rajbhasha on this Division is as follows:-

Apart from Divisional Official Language Implementation Committee there are 09

Official Language Implementation Sub Committees for monitoring the implementation of

Hindi, they are :-

1 Nanded Station. 2 Adilabad Station 3 Purna (MS)

4 Purna (Loco) 5 Selu Station. 6 Jalna Station.

7 Aurangabad Station. 8 Akola 9 Khandwa

There are 07 Hindi libraries on this division and the total available books in these

libraries are 7283 and are named after the famous Hindi Literary personalities the

details are as follows :-

Hindi Training

All the officers and employees including both the administrative and operational

are trained in Hindi.

Hindi Typing and stenography training.

Since this division is a new one, there are only two typists working on Nanded

Division and both of them are working in Hindi on computers. All the 06 stenographers

are trained in Hindi stenography and 05 stenographers are doing their day to day work

in Hindi regularly.

Total Stations.

There are 80 stations on Nanded division the break up of which is as follows.

“A” Region 04 stations

“B” Region 72 stations

“C” Region 04 Stations.

All the 80 Station Working Rules have been translated and each and every station

has been provided with Hindi version of SWR and are being revised in Hindi also as and

when the English version are revised.

Hindi Workshop

As per the target laid down in Annual

programme for Rajbhasha Implementation, 02

intensive and 03 mini workshops have been

organized during the year gone by. Through

these workshops, the hesitation of the

employees is removed and are encouraged to do

their official work in Hindi.

Technical Seminars in Hindi.

Taking advantage of the geographical area

and linguistic interest of the staff as well as the

common people, every month at least one safety

seminar is organized either at Railway stations or

at level crossings, on various aspects of safety.

At times even street plays are also organized

highlighting the importance of safety in Hindi and

in Marathi.

Birth anniversaries of great literary personalities

As per the action plan given by Hqrs birth anniversaries of great literary

personalities are being celebrated on this division.

Rajbhasha Saptah.

In order to generate an

interest in Hindi and to encourage

the officers and staff to work in

Hindi , every year Rajbhasha saptah

is celebrated on this division. This

year it was celebrated as ”Rajbhasha

Fortnight” celebrations.

As a part of these

celebrations,various Hindi

competitions were held such as

Hindi Essay, Elocution, Noting and drafting, memory competitions at various important

stations of the Division apart from the divisional office, so that maximum employees can

participate without disturbing their official work.

Special table training programme was also conducted during this period.

Special efforts :

As a part of Rajbhasha fortnight a grand Hindi Kavi sammelan was organized on

26.09.2011 in children’s park of

Railway colony at Divisional office.

DRM/NED was the chief guest on the

evening. 05 Officers of the division

and equal number of local “kavis”

made the evening a memorable one

with their poems and shayaris. It was

attended by nearly 300 persons,

consisting mainly the Railway

employees and their dependents.

A quiz programme was also organized

during the Hindi fortnight celebrations

in which six teams of the officers and

20 teams of the employees

participated with full enthusiasm .

Every oppurtinity is made use of by the

local talents in exhibiting their skills

during various cultural activities held on

different occasions such as 26th January,

15th August, Railway week celebrations ,

Hindi week celebrations, Vigilance

awareness week etc.

Every month a house journal “Ajanta Darpan” is being published uninterruptedly since

June 2009 by Rajbhasha organization in Hindi, where in the achievements and

activities of this division are reflected in Hindi and it reaches all the members of the

Railway fraternity. It is being uploaded every month, which can be visited at website

of Nanded Division.
